[/size][/color] [color=#333333][font=Arial, sans-serif, Verdana][size=3][size=3]The bass had been made in 2000, and a couple of details have changed in the design since then - so they don't make them like that anymore [/size][/size][/font][/color] [color=#333333][font=Arial, sans-serif, Verdana][size=3][size=3]The neck is smooth and fast, you can achieve great Jaco tones from the magnetic pickup, as well as upright-like warmth from the incredible RMC piezo seated in the all-ebony bridge. [/size] [size=3]Originally, the bass was passive - I've ordered the ORIGINAL PREAMP from F-bass and had it installed, the knobs don't match but I didn't care that much - it's the TONE I was after [/size] [size=3]Yes, it has some scratches - It toured extensively with me between 2007 and 2010.
