This is by far the best instrument I have had the pleasure of owning/playing over the last 14 years and my only reason for the sale is that I currently need the money tied up in the bass for other things and I'm just not playing enough at the minute to justify keeping it around! As you can see from the photos attached below I purchased this bass from new on 20th March 2013 for Mark at Bass Direct (for £2,150). [b]Specification[/b][list] [*]5 String (BEADG) with a [b][i]35"[/i][/b]scale [*]24 Frets [*]Swamp Ash Body with a Redwood Burl Top (with a Natural Oil Finish) [*]3 Piece Maple Neck with a Birdseye Fingerboard (Graphite/Steel Reinforced) [*]Hand carved Graphtec Nut [*]Bartolini J Pickups in the Roscoe positions [*]Bartolini NTMB Pre Amp (Bass, Treble and High/Low Mid (Push/Pull) Cut & Boost) [*]Roscoe Deluxe Padded Gig Bag [*]Weight - 3.7kb/8lb 3oz [/list] [b]Condition[/b] This based has been gigged and played so as such has some flaws (all photographed below). Besides the list below everything is in excellent/mint condition.[list] [*]Finger nail marks in the body underneath the strings [*]Scratch starting from the very edge of the bass and going around the body contours towards the back of the bass [*]A couple of scuffs on the headstock (which killed me at the time!!)
