how do i find the age of my warwich thumb

Should be the last two numbers as far as I know. Not sure about earlier versions, but my Thumb has "05" for, yep you guessed it, 2005.

As has been stated the letter prefix gives you the month (the letter 'i' is not used) and the last 2 digits give you the year. Early model Warwicks (pre 91/92) have the number on the top of the headstock, after that period they are on the rear of the headstock between the machineheads. If the bass has a painted or heavy lacquered finish it can be difficult to identify. Very early basses (82/83) just had a 3 digit number but these are easily identified by the Spector headstock shape and non-angled tuners.
