Damonjames Posted September 19, 2013 Share Posted September 19, 2013 Hey b'cers, So I am suffering a bit of GAS for a five string and wondered if I could get some advice. I really like to Warwick corvette standard 5, but I picked up a RockBass 5 today and it was a bit meh. I'm not talking about sound or build quality, just the proportions and feel didn't wow me. I am hoping someone will jump and say the warwick WILL feel far more superior but thought I'd ask the question, so id love to hear your thoughts. Cheers. razze06 Posted September 19, 2013 Share Posted September 19, 2013 I'm with you, I've recently tried both a warwick corvette pro (korean, active, MEC pickups, bubinga, ovangkol neck), and a warwick RB corvette $$, and the feel of the warwick pro was far superior!
