phsycoandy Posted June 12, 2008 Share Posted June 12, 2008 (edited) I have the chance to buy a Rumour to go with my GB Spitfire so although I don't actually need the cash I try to only have two basses on the go at gigs, so although I've only had this five minutes she needs to go. Mint 1975 RI Fender Jazz, made in the USA. Absolutely mint and shiny all over. Fitted with brand new set of stainless steel Overwater roundwound strings, 40's, Tort scratchplate, (original white one is included). Both, unused pickup covers and string mute. Case is mint, bar the tiniest of nicks on the top all catches work fine and includes key. Fabulous bass, I think in the sexier of the two colour schemes with the rosewood board, traditional white binding and mother of pearl blocks, I think the maple necked ones with the black binding look a bit, well....... Super slim neck. These are much rarer than the maple necked ones. Just plain gorgeous really, £875 shipped insured. Some pics......
