I've been playing and gigging for around 18 years now and racked up a little over 1000 gigs in that time. I started playing when a friend got his 1st drum kit for Christmas and asked if I wanted to start a band - the only problem being I'd need to play an instrument. As I was listening to The Who a lot at the time it was the bass that really called out to me rather than lead and the rest as they say is history. For the last 16 years or so I've been playing with my rock covers band Rawkas (our drummer is also in another band with Dood - Section IV) apart from a brief hiatus a few years back. I also moonlight a little as a lead vocalist with my other band Deadwing again playing rock covers. Anyhoo, pleased to meet y'all. Painy.
