Protecting your hands, wrists etc

If it's your finger tips that are the problem then it could be Raynards (vibration white finger) which I have in two fingers. In my case it's because my day job involves using a fretsaw which transmits vibrations to the fingers I use to press the wood down as I'm cutting it.

What happens if your hands get cold?

Steve

I've got this really annoying thing where if sometimes I grip something my fingers will contract into a claw. Doesn't happen often and only once when I've been playing. Thing is that I play with dead straight wrists but I think its probably due to my aggressive style of playing.I do play far too hard but that's mainly due to excitement and adrenalin
