Big box Qtrons need a separate wall wart. 24v. There is an adapter you can buy to run off a 9v supply, but it costs more than the pedal. They don't take batteries unfortunately. Good price for that pedal regardless...

Having said all that my qtron was the best filter I tried in my mini filter quest. Sound absolutely filthy!!!
