What a sensible modification - moves the weight a bit closer to the body, hence reducing neck dive.

I saw this and wondered if it had been the favoured Bass of a recently deceased player and it had been buried with him? However said player was not actually dead and in his scramble from the coffin and subsequent re-emergence from 6 feet under it had got distressed to the current degree? There again it could just be a botched job......?
