Sharay does some incredible fills over some tricky chords sometimes. I was looking at an instructional vid yesterday on youtube showing how to do one of his fills. The presenter introduces the fill by mentioning its done over a 6 over 9 chord and later on finishes it by hoping the viewer finds lots of ways to use it. Honestly though...how often do 6 over 9 chords ever pop up in gospel? Cool vid about inversions and gospel bass here. Shows how to invert simple chords and arpeggiate up the neck as a run.
