manopi Posted April 26, 2012 Share Posted April 26, 2012 Hello, I my name is Simon and I'm a 38 year old noob in Medicine Hat in Alberta. Ummmmm let's see... I just bought my first bass about 2 weeks ago and the learning is coming along. No formal lessons yet but they will be happening sometime. I bought an Ibanez GSR200 and a Marshall MB30 30W amp. I liked the feel of the Fender Squire but loved the sound from the Ibanez so that made my decision. After looking around at different forums over the past couple weeks I've found that this one is by far the most entertaining and Informative so good on you all! Now I'm off to do some more reading and I'm certain that I will have many questions as so off to the forums I go :-) (Oh....
