I have contacted a couple but have had no reply to emails and no answers from their mobiles! Plus some people just don't notice when they have PMs on the new website (the little red number top right is easy to miss IMHO). Dan, I'm afraid I'm away on tour at the mo and won't be based at home till mid Jan. Christmas always gets a bit mental gig-wise.
