First up my Jaydee roadie active 2 1981 in cherry red a bass given to me by my dad around 7 years ago, the only bass i would never part with, signed by john diggins, and played and signed by mark king Next up my 2011 Flea bass streetbass in blue with white scratchplate, great little bass, set up just right for some chili pep slap and general bass use FOR SALE!!!!!! only had it around a month but decided its not really for me, let me know if your interested And lastly my washburn xb-800 with quilted maple top and status pickups and electronics, great bass. would swap for a washburn status series 1000 (the headless) if anyone was up for it, must be in good nick!!!! this aint a for sale thread though so just enjoy the picture (Y) cheers guys hope all are well x Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

marcus bell Posted September 9, 2011 Author Share Posted September 9, 2011 well he gave me a squier p bass special which i started learning on then i worked for him when i was like 12 years old doing some sanding down as he is a painter so he bought me a squier jazz bass 20th anniversary which i regret selling big time! then when i got better he gave me this jaydee! gobsmacked isnt the word, its the best instrument ive ever ever played and really feels a part of me now i can play it like no other Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But then I consider that the Status sounds better than the Jaydee and that makes it hard for me to justify buying something to play second fiddle to my Series II!
