StevieD_FenderP2009
Hey I'm looking to put a hipshot bass xtender de-tuner on my Steve Harris fender p at some point but I'm not really sure which one to use to match the rest of the machine heads. It's obviously got the original machine heads on it as I haven't changed anything on the bass at all. I think they're the American Vintage Reverse machine heads that it comes issued with but I may be wrong. I'd be very appreciative of your help Cheers Stevie
Jean-Luc Pickguard
I think they're the American Vintage Reverse machine heads that it comes issued with but I may be wrong.
If you post a pic of the back of the headstock it'll be easy to advise you, as I've never seen a Steve Harris Precison, so have no idea which tuners are fitted. A pic will be worth much more than a guess.
StevieD_FenderP2009
Ah yes, my bad. I can't take a picture of my one as it's at my dad's house but I've found a stock photo of the back of the bass. I know the ones on mine are no different to the picture i've uploaded

The Burpster
Stevie, Go on the Hippy website, find which one of their bass machines is the same as yours and the D tuner then has the same classification- The guys are correct with their assessment its the BT-2 you need.
