  1. Although I think the finish has been altered since I did it. This is from when I owned it. GLWTS! 👍
  2. Well I beat you all! 😂😂 It was originally mine as I put it all together and did the finish work on it. 👍 slightly different spec now though, interesting to see how it’s evolved.
  3. No it’s in such a place where it’s not near your body. As it’s vertical it also is hard to knock by accident
  4. Hello, I believe it’s 17mm spacing, or which ever is the standard fitting bridge for the Gecko (small).
  5. No idea! Could find out. It’s average weight for a jazz though I reckon.
  6. Normal dots but in the fret position not in the middle of the fret. So easy enough to play in tune.
  7. Hello, It is with great sadness that I have to let this go...recent events mean that I need the cash more than the bass! Up for sale is partscaster I put together using top quality parts and sprayed with Manchester Guitar Tech Nitro Paint and then aged a little. It's more of a worn in look as apposed to full relic: Paint checking and the off knock here and there etc. Body is Guitarbuild.co.uk Alder Neck is an Allparts Unlined Ebody fingerboard Official Fender Stacked Knob control Plate (CTS pots) - Relic Bridge is a Wilkinson Bass bridge - Relic Tuners are Nickel Fender Tuners - Relic Pickups I wound myself to 60's spec - Heavy Formvar wire etc. Guard is real cellulose Tortoise guard. Strung with D'Addario EXP Strings I would say this is of Fender quality and has a custom shop vibe to it, but at a fraction of the price. Let me know if you have any other questions. £500 plus delivery. Collection or try before you buy is welcome.
  8. Thank you, Yea wired to the switch, then straight out.
  9. Hello, Deciding to let this one go as I need the funds. It's in top condition, basically new and setup with a nice low action, and will definitely give you that mwah you want from a fretless. Cost me over £1500 for parts/Import costs on all parts. It is a killer bass, not sure if it's the 35" scale, but just never settled with it. Here are the specs; Warmoth Gecko 5 (small) neck and body Mahogany body with figured Koa Top (unique choice) Wenge neck with unlined ebony fretboard and matching headstock face 35" Scale, 24 frets 18mm bridge spacing 14" fingerboard radius 48mm nut width, 73mm at 24th Fret Hipshot Bridge (string through) and ultralite tuners Nordstrand Bigsplitman (with secret series/single/parallel switch) Finished in Tru-Oil £600 plus postage or collection from Manchester Let me know if you have any questions. 11. Focusrite Saffire 6 USB Audio Interface. Condition is Used but very good condition. Saffire 6 USB is a two-in/four-out USB audio interface. It uses the same award-winning Focusrite mic preamps as the rest of the Saffire range. This makes it the best value, and best sounding interface in its class. It is ultra reliable and easy to set up, providing you with the simplest route to record into, and play back from your computer. It has lower latency than any of its rivals, and professional analogue-to-digital converters ensure you get the best possible signal into your recording software. With two mic pres, multiple outputs and MIDI I/O, the Saffire 6 USB can be at the centre of your home recording setup. However, its rock-solid reliability means that you can take it out and record on location with confidence. The two-in, four-out configuration is perfect for laptop DJs who need to be able to cue up material, or send two different signals to either side of a DJ mixer. Thanks for looking. £70 Delivered

  15. Hello all, I have this Delano SBC 5HE/S-4 bridge pickup for sale that I no longer need. This is a quad coil humbucker so it can be switched from series HB/parallel HB/single coil all hum free. It's Bartolini P2 Driver size, dimensions below. It's a great sounding pickup, giving a full, round fat yet detailed sound. it's in nearly new condition with no marks or scratches and has plenty of cable left. I can also supply some screws if needed. £55 Delivered to the UK
  16. It does! Just don’t use it as much as I should. I’m a 5 string man!
  17. Thank you. Not off the top of my head, but I don’t feel it’s overally heavy. I can weigh it tonight if you like?
  18. Hello, Here is a rare chance to get a bit of an Alpher feeling bass for a fraction of the price! This was put together and finished by me with top quality parts and finished with Tru-Oil. It's in great condition apart from a couple of dings (pictured) and is a great sounding bass! I'm only selling this as I don't play 4 string much, so this doesn't get played as much as it should. It's an Pau Ferro/Ebony Alpher Instruments neck (£450) which i had made, and if you don't know the name it is built i UK to a very high standard! The body is a Warmoth Alder Jazz bass body with flame maple laminate top (cost around £320). It has Tonerider Jazz Pickups which I intended to put in to get it going, but sound great so I left them in. The electronics are Volume, Volume, East Mid Sweep, Passive Tone and is a bit of a hybrid active/passive setup which really works. The rest of the hardware is Hipshot so all in all some top quality parts all round. Any questions feel free to send me a message. £780 Collection from Manchester (£25 Delivery Cost) Trades: Looking for a Music Man Stingray 5 string (just not black)
  19. I literally re-fretted one of these from fretless back to frets today...like busses these things...was a great bass!
  20. Thank you!! I also wound the pickups myself to as close to a 60's set as I could, sounds lovely if they are close or not.
