  1. - VFE pedals Mini Mu, Mutron III clone (Arduino!) => 120£

The MINI MU is derived from the classic Mutron III envelope filter (aka autowah), and has all the same great fat and funky filter sweeps inside a much smaller box.

A few extras have been added, namely an active clean gain stage and an "in between" position on the range switch.

With the included charge pump, the MINI MU runs on +/-9V like the original without needing a special power supply or two batteries.

    Review with loads of soundclips:

Pedal somes with original box, papers and goodies.

Will consider a trade for a 3 Leaf Audio Wonderlove or Emma Discombobulator V2. (cash adjustment either way is possible)

  2. The ultimate lightweight combo for upright and electric bass! (8.7kg, 300watt combo)

These are no longer made and much sought-after as they are considered the "holy grail" amongst ultra light weight, compact, giggable combo's.

This one comes with an Accucase gigbag which is a perfect fit for the combo. Bass on one shoulder, combo on the other and you're good to go! ;)

Only selling as I want to buy something a little bit bigger for gigs.

I'm based in Belgium, but due to the weight shipping in EU will probably only cost 10£. ;)

  3. Here's some pictures including the gigbag and packaging.

I've also added a picture without the ramp (last photo), so you can see how that looks like as well. :)

Looking for 5 string trades (34", bolt on neck, lined fretless or fretted), but I might also be interested in a lighweight combo or cab/head as a partial trade. W.H.Y.G.??

In case of a straight sale EU/UK shipping is included in the asking price.

that is lovely! such a nice design.

It truly is and those Nordstrand Zen Blades offer a wide variety of wonderful sounds.

If I only could get along with the NT design and shorter body size  (compared to my 5 string P) this would definitely be a keeper..  :(

  5. If you like Ti's , but would like just a little more tension then you should really check out the new Labella Low Tension Flexible flats.

They're somewhere in between TI flats and a normal set of d'addario roundwounds when it comes to tension and they sound very, very good! Can't recommend them enough! ;)

  6. She is finished! 😍
My dreambass made real by Maurício Costa @ MGbass Guitars.

Many thanks to Mauricio who took this idea I had of my dreambass and succeeded in making it even better and more beautiful than I could ever have imagined.

Mauricio, I will be forever grateful for you making this gorgeous instrument for me and I feel honoured that I can call you my friend.

I can't wait to hit the stage with this beauty on my arm! 😎👌

    #MGBass #Nordstrand #ZenBlades #Fretless

When I was talking about this custom bass build by Mauricio a lot of people asked me why I didn't build my dreambass myself as I have been putting together affordable, but high quality parts basses myself for many years now..

My answer to that question was always the same,
I simply said that "what Mauricio does is on a totally different level than anything that I could ever assemble myself, no matter how good the parts I use."

"Mauricio is not just a luthier, Mauricio is an artist, he builds the entire instrument by hand and does it with so much passion and dedication that it becomes more than just a bass guitar, his instruments are a work of art,
this bass will be a muse in it's own right that will keep on inspiring me until the day I die!"

After receiving these pictures today I can only stand by those words with even more conviction, this bass is out of this world and I strongly advise all the bassists out there to check out his work as having Mauricio build your dreambass will probably be a lot cheaper than what you would expect when buying from such a talented and well known luthier! 1f609.png;) 👍

  7. I have a Markbass 12inch combo that I'm looking to sell,

I'm going to put it up for sale tomorrow and if it sells before the genz benz does I'll have it...

Allthough I'll probably be too late as these are cracking little combo's and it will not be around for long I guess.. :(

I'd love this as a little busking set up tho. just put the battery pack underneath the combo on the trolley, bass and everything else in the gigbag and you're ready to hit the town with some funky grooves... :)

  8. Just bought this here on the forum after searching for one for ages, alas it turns out it's not really what I was looking for after all and I could really use the extra cash atm, so I'm letting this go again.

Pedal is mint, no original box. First person that offers me 200£ (same price I payed) for it takes it. (EU/UK shipping is another tenner)

    Demo:

  9. Internal Settings:
    Octave UP MODE
There are two modes, Mode 1 and Mode 2.
The mode is selected by the black switch - move it to the position you desire.
Mode 2 is the default setting.
Mode 1 - This is great for the type of sounds associated with many vintage Octave-up units (Octavia). In this mode you can get many strange distorted overtones, similar to a ring modulator as well as a sweet upper octave overtone. Mode 2 - By rolling off high frequencies before the octave doubler, Mode 2 delivers a bold, pure analog upper octave.

No need to role your GTR tone back for better octave sounds.
Octave DOWN tone - This trimmer lets you dial between two different resonant tones. Full clockwise - The bottom end is emphasized producing a full, fat octave down tone. Great for clean tones, mixed with clean guitar for the bass/guitar sound. Full counter clockwise - Midrange is boosted. Better for adding a lower octave note without rattling the speakers. Also great for feeding a distortion or overdrive pedal.
Octave UP Drive - At Minimum there's very little sustain and gain. Around 1/3 to center is the normal setting. At Maximum you get the most sustain. Note about Octave UP - Analog upper octave is a product of distortion, there is no way to get a "clean" tone as one might expect from a digital pitch shifter.
Octave UP tone - Controls how bright the Octave UP tone is. At max, you may experience feedback and whistling under high gain settings (back it off). Normal setting is around center. It's a smooth treble roll-off that lets you dial in an upper octave sound that's not shrill, like many other octave-up effects.

  10. Selling a Foxrox octron.

This is probably one of the best octave pedals out there,

the octave down tracks very good (I even get a good response on the low B string as long as you stay above the 9th fret and use a compressor in front!) and the octave up guarantees endless solo fun

and can even replace a guitarist if you're going for a Royal Blood kinda vibe..

Not a lot of demo's with bass online, but it works like a charm on bass.

    g**t@r demo:

Looking for 130£ for this. ad 5£ for UK/EU shipping.

Tradewise I'm still looking for a DOD meatbox RI and a Boss RC-1.

  11. I've just sold  one here on the forum,

but now my second one is also up for sale, hardly used, with original packaging and papers.

Looking for 150£ (UK/EU shipping would be another 10£)

Tradewise I'm looking for another fuzz, something more stoner rock'isch maybe.
