Finally! The small AND the big guy..

It's a...BB3000MA with org. hardcase and org. strap, tool and keys for the hardcase. I would love to have a green one but could not let this go by... When played it with the old strings (prob. org too) I thought it was DEAD. With new D'addario steel strings it sings and growls wonderful. How and why can anyone do this to an instrument ??? It had a thumb rest glued on that had to go. Silly thing! A wonderfull bass indeed!!! 🙂 Happy!

Yes. And I decided that I will not complete it. It is a solid piece of wood. Nice quality.

Finally got a tracking number! Monday shall be the day..... "I'm so excited..." *sings*....... :_)

Seller wants 4,32 Euro more for shipping. At least it sounds like shipping... 😛 Don't have a tracking nr yet...

Payed the shipping after contacting paypal. In the ebay auction that was linked directly to the paypal transaction the shipping costs were not included. Now I did my part... hungy for curry now !!!

At least the left over BB-body is for sale now.. 😉

Ebay just confirmed the transaction... only the shipping was not payed yet. Still a bit nervous because of that... it is black...sparkling black...

It is the end a long lasting search and the price is better than ever dreamed of... I guess the seller did not know well about the "make a price suggestion"- function...

Yesterday I had the first full rehearsal with the band and the 414. Plays lovely and cuts through wonderfull. Still can't belive how good BBs sound and what you get for very little money!

Was thinkin on hydrodipping my BB1000ma - what did you pay for it? ....

I just found the org. BB3000 passive electronics that I had changed against a Glockenklang active circuit. I wonder what bass would benefit most from it. 414 or 1000ma?

Would be a more than cool thing to have such a pickguard shape to copy!
