1. Up for sale is my new Markbass Combo. I've only had the combo for a few short weeks but I've decided the sound just isn't for me. I thought buying a very transportable combo would be just what I needed but I really miss the separate cabs and amp head sound of my Aguilar set up. So, rather than leave the combo sitting around I'd put it up for sale. A number of user reviews are here: http://www.talkbass....cmd-121p/cat/28 Given that this is brand new, only used for a rehearsal and then left in my back room, has a custom made cover etc etc, then I'm asking a realistic price of £615 The cheapest these come out at is around the £800 mark and that's without a cover. I'm happy to answer any questions. Thanks.
2.
Hello, What is the Weight Thanks Claude
Hi Claude The weight is 3.2 Kilos
3.
Someone has missed out big time with that one. Sorry you had to withdraw from sale due to lack of offers. Very nice bass too. Cheers Dave
Thanks, Dave. I get the feeling that there is an inverse eBay principle going on here in Bass Chat, whereby people wait for the selling price to continually be reduced! I put the Thumb up for a bargain price to start with so continuous reductions were never going to happen.
4. Last couple of hours - it'll be gone by morning!
5.
i keep coming back and back again to this. Amazing since I dont like single cut or headless!!
Well, feel free to come back again with some folding money ;o))
6. Sunday evening bump with added trade option - although it will need to be a bit special to replace the Shuker. Might consider a Fretless...
7. Final few hours before I withdraw the bass...!!
8. This will be withdrawn on Sunday evening. Just giving it the weekend for 'viewing' and then it's getting tucked away! Oh yes, BuMp.

10.
Another beauty from Scooby! You've got some of the best basses that are on sale here!
Thanks, Vic. A lot of bass for the money and beautifully set-up. Definitely something for the weekend 'o))
11. Hi Looking to sell the Shuker Singlecut 4 string bass. It's a complete hand-made bass of the finest quality. The bass has been completely set-up, new strings and plays beautifully. The EQ is so versatile and the Delano pups give you all the growl and grunt along with sweet highs too - but not all at the same time ;o) I'm looking for £795 includes branded hard-case. Postage extra but should be around about £25 to mainland UK (plus insurance if you want to add that). I might consider a trade, maybe a fretless. Get in touch, you never know... Here's the spec from Jon Shuker: with added pics! The spec 34" scale 26 frets 5 piece laminated mahogany, white sycamore veneer neck maple f/board two way truss rod carbon fibre reinforced neck medium jumbo fretwire 2mm black side dots satin lacqure on neck / fboard mahogany body burr imbuya part curve top 6 bolt recessed neck polyester basecoat wet look gloss topcoat black hardware individual ABM tuner bridges 20mm spacing at bridge Delano JMVC split coil pickups Shuker 3 band eq (vol, pan, treble, mid, bass. 12. Hi Fred PM sent. Thanks Pete
13. Not leaving this up for much longer. If you want it grab it soon ;o)
14. Most definitely a bargain! But, for those holding their breath for a price reduction - don't, you'll suffocate ;o)
15. OK, this is being withdrawn tomorrow - honest! Therefore, just for this evening I will accept the first offer of £1250 firm.
16.
I agree with Vic......... Definetly the best looking bass on basschat
Thanks, Guys - much appreciated! Get this superb Thumb bass while you can...
17.
Hi Would you be interested in a swap for a Siggery Roadbass 4 string?
Thanks for the offer, but I'm trying to see if I can sell the SWR first. Cheers.
18. Off the bottom of the page already? Ouch! NB. Please don't wait for the gradual reduction in price - the inverse eBay principle - it's not going to happen. Just being honest folks ;o))
19. Withdrawn is my 1989 Warwick Thumb NT. This is virtually mint! Hardly any signs of wear and the proverbial thumb mark over the neck pup is minimal - can't be bad for a 22 year old bass! The body is amazing and the pattern changes slightly depending upon the angle of light. It's been fully set-up, new strings, lovely low action and is everything a Thumb should be and sound ;o) It has EMG pups, all original electronics, very slim neck and is much lighter in overall weight than the later Thumbs. There isn't the so-called head/neck dive, it balances beautifully and hugs the body as if it's a part of you - we'll, it is isn't it! It comes with a padded Warwick gig bag, a partially used tub of Warwick wax, allen keys, Warwick decal and all the kudos that only owning a Warwick can bring. A real piece of vintage Warwick. This is truly a piece of Warwick history.
20. Now with added footswitch (brand new and still in the box) for an extra £50
21. Chris bought/part ex'd my Shuker Elite Custom bass. Great guy to do business with and kept me fully informed of progress. Highly recommended!
22. Hi. Got this amp about six weeks ago. Only been used three times at home and sounds great. However, the controls and dot indents are just to small for me to feel confident using live. It has the SWR sound and seems to have bags of power. A good review is here: http://www.musicrada...p-385521/review The Headlite comes complete with power cord and an SWR branded bag - very well padded and has enough storage for the amp, a footswitch and the SWR Amplite (footswitch and Amplite not in the sale!!). The item in absolute mint condition and I've even polished off my finger marks from the Master control knob ;O) Bass Direct have these on offer for £699, Thomann has B stock for about £590. Any questions please ask and I'll do my best to answer them.
