1. another thumbs up for brynn and the team at roqsolid, i ordered a cover last year, when it arrived it was two inches short, I gave the correct measurements and within two working days my replacement had arrived. Definetly use roqsolid again.
 2.
I've never seen one there, must be at least one tucked away but maybe Gloucester has them all.
Gloucester? Gloucester's crap for music shops. Aroundabout Sound In Cheltenham, is definetly worth a look.
 3. Currently have three, My Cort, i bought a few years to get back into playing. A Warwick i upgraded to last year and a Westone Thunder1A, my restoration project.

 5. nah i hear what you're saying, I will just have to look into it further and test more cabs lol, to get the sound i want rather than get hung up on which configuration is best.
 6.
I don't see it going anywhere far, or good. The bit where it is made clear there isn't a link between speaker size and the sound in front of it has been covered already, so there isn't much else to say. Find a cab you like the sound of, add more the same until volume requirements are met.
ooh thats me told then
 7. id be interested to see how this thread develops, as in the past i've always liked the sound of single 15" speakers, however as I'm on the lookout for a cab, I'm considering other configurations. The favourite so far has been the markbass 4x10, but like I said I'm still looking. The 2x10 and 1X15 sounded good (ashdown abm), but i wasn't so sure about the 2x10 configuration on its own.
 8.
in a word then; diverse
 9. Must admit i tried a few Fenders while checking out amps, The ironic thing was I still prefer the feel of the Warwick over and above Fenders. At the end of the day its your choice, but i would say stick it out with the Warwick rather than head off to Fender. As Machine head said they are fantastic instruments
 10.
Voting closes on 31st January so all votes are much appreciated
another vote for ya
 11.
Thats a great deal, would be interested to know how it copes in a live situation if you use it that way
That's good, The new ones being shipped out now have gone up about £150.
 12.
Where are you?
im in wiltshire
 13. Price reduced to £50 - would make an excellent bass for a beginner, or as a back up £50 is all im asking and it comes with a hard case
 14.
Any chance of a couple more photos? Thanks.
here you go
 15. Yes its still available, bass is in excellent condition, has a hard case and I'd prefer collection. Price is £75 ono
 16.
Rules is rules, it may seem a bit harsh but not so long ago this section was full of "open to offer" stuff so it was stopped. Ta very glad BIGd
No problem....
 17. its the full scale version. As for the price, i appreciate this is NOT flea-bay, was just unsure about how much to ask?
 18. As the title suggest, I have my cort action for sale. It's about 6 years old, never ben gigged, just used for practicing. Recently restrung and set up at a local music store. It comes complete with a hard case and am open to serious offers.
 19.
Surely SOUNDS was the paper of choice for the discerning progger???? As it happens I have a pile of then in the loft from late 70s/early 80s (~The wife keeps threatening to ditch them) Pendragon - great band! As it happens, they have written one of my favourite ever instrumentals - EXCALIBUR - Which I am trying to learn right now (as in bass, guitar and keyboard parts - the drumming is WELL beyond me but I shall thump along never the less ...)
excalibur - thats a blast from the past but still a good choice.
 20.
Saw Pendragon in Newcastle last night. Terrible venue, mediocre sound - but the band were brilliant! definitely well worth seeing if you get the chance!! Peter Gee is a very tasteful, talented and under-rated bass player.
Yeah I'd agree with that its interesting to note though, he ended up playing bass by default. Have followed the band for years.
