Sorry about that, its a classic thing of some will love it and some will hate it... I really do understand the concerns when it comes to the environmental impact of the pens/stickers and will consider our choices moving forward.

I just spoke with Dawn at Status and they are NOT closed at all, she let me know that they are currently not taking new orders but are still up and running for strings/parts/cases/their knowledge etc...

HAHA, to be fair as much as there has been a lot of moaning about the bursts on these basses, they have been the most popular model of Spector for quite some time and we must have sold at least 20.

Again the big issue there, some people love the light weight and live with the neck dive, others don't mind a heavier bass... It is actually really difficult trying to cater to everyone's needs, we try our best though :)
