1. Item now sold, thanks for your interest.
2. Have decided to sell this because i am now getting a great overdrive sound from my Fafner 2,so surplus to requirements. Only about 5 months old has a few marks/scratch on the bottom nothing that would stop "me buying it" works perfectly. Not really looking to trade, price includes delivery within UK. 7.
Are they quite a dull looking colour? They could be D'addario Chromes, they have blue windings.
yes they are a very light almost sky blue colour. thanks for replies
8. I have just bought a Nordy VJ5 that i think has round wounds on it with light blue wrapped ends does anyone know what make they are? 11. I have always liked white basses with black hardware but have never owned one.Although my recent purchase of an MLP bass here on bassschat is my go to instrument i have enjoyed the Pedulla a lot, it is a great player just fancied giving it a totally diffferent and hopefully better vibe. I could of course sell it and just wait for the right instrument to come along but i am sure the mod i have in mind will take it too another level. I have not made up my mind for sure just thought somebody might know if there are any problems doing it,something to look our for so to speak.I used to own just one bass at a time but i realise that two is more practical.
12. I have a Pedulla MVP 5 which i am thinking of changing so i am after a bit of advice. At present the bass is a blue/green colour which i would like to have stripped back and painted/ sprayed a high gloss white. The hardware is chrome this i will to replace via the pedulla website with black keys, bridge etc. I am going to change the present bart pickups with the CB series or if anyone has a better suggestion another make they are jazz(back) and precision(front) format. The preamp is a bart i believe so i will be replacing that with one of the new mike pope flexicore preamps. My main question is should i get the hardware first and have that fitted then take the bass to say Sims to get the bodywork done or should i get the bodywork done first. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated just trying to cover any problems that may come to light doing this.
13. Had a great afternoon chatting to squib (Stu) great bloke, purchase of the MLP was a pleasure and nice to hear some of his chops, good player and nice tone.

18. Just got my cover from Roqsolid today order was placed on monday... 4 days to deliver a cover shocking!
19.
Eventually you'll get you cover in the post. This company is well known for taking your cash and taking forever to get your cover made and posted. The guitarist in my band said it took 3 months and threats of physical violence before he received his. Of course in the meantime he'd had to go out and buy one from another company. I recommend Roqsolid.
Thats exactly what i have done placed an order with roqsolid and just to update everyone i started sending e-mails with some colourfull language and would you believe it i got a reply from them telling me that they "found my language offensive." So if you want a reply be rude it worked for me.After telling them i wanted my money back i got an email saying my cover has been despatched, yeah right!. It seems at some point i will probably have two covers, moral of the story is do your homework online before you place an order. Thanks once again for all inputs.
20. Thankyou all for your replies and advice, i will try roqsolid and have a word with my bank.
21. I am guilty of placing an order with this company without checking other buyers previous dealings with them despite repeated efforts to contact them by phone and email i have had zero luck. They have taken my money and i understand thats the last i will see of it so this is a heads up to anyone else who may want to use them " avoid Silverstone Amp Covers." I am after a cover for my EBS Neo212 anybody who knows a company that i could use, would be greatfully received

24.
Henrik in the Dirty Loops video is using an original Fafner isnt he? Theres no blend on that one.
Doh! your right...must be the way he plays or some serious compression, i really like that sound though.
