2.
Great value basses once you replace the electronics and bridge. I love the necks in particular.
I thought so when i bought. It has been a great intro to five string for me as the neck plays quick. I have noticed a number of basschat owners have tinkered with the electronics. This one is still stock though. Thanks for your comments.

 4. shameless bump for price reduction!
 5. For Sale is my Tobias Toby Pro 5. I bought this as an intoduction to 5 string 4 years ago from Sound control. I am not to sure about the specs but found this on the net: Neck Type 5 piece, maple/wenge, neck thru Fingerboard rosewood, 24 frets Body Type maple (flamed?) Finish natural (clear) satin finish Pickup(s) active, 2 soapbar type Controls volume, pickup pan, treble & bass boost I have since bought an overwater which has made this bass surplus to requirements. It has a two very minor dings on the edge of the body which have been present when I bought (did get some dosh off from sound control for this). They are not visible normally and you have to know about them to find them. Otherwise the bass is excellent condition and did have a set up a couple of years ago (fret dress etc) by those nice guys at overwater. Comes with a soft gig bag. Asking price £295.Now £275 Some pictures for you to get the idea. 7.
Good call - you would have been mad to sell! Well done.
Glad you have reconsidered, Never let go of really top notch one of a kind instruments as you will always regret it. I have an overwater perception classic 5 string which I thinks great, but yours looks absolutely stunning! Enjoy your continued ownership!!
 8.
Thanks for the words of support and I agree with your comments. .
Just watched the link from Silverfoxnik for the Bill Clements demo. I would definitely check the link out,Bill Clements is amazing in many ways. Good demo of amp also. No interest so far is it the price ?? If I threw in postage and packing would it make it more agreeable? Any Takers?
 9.
I had one of these and used it very happily for a year or so before upgrading to an Eden Metro.. It's a brilliant introduction to the 'Eden sound' and has loads of great features as well. Oh; and it's quite powerful too which is always useful.. Good demo of it by Bill Clements on YouTube HERE! Good luck with the sale!
Thanks for the words of support and I agree with your comments. .
 10. Its back again this time without the cab and the trappings! Eden Nemesis NA650 head. The last one I saw on here was advertised for £320 so I will offer it at £295 as that sounds better! This is a great example and will come with its original box. Owned from New (London Bass Centre) for the last 2 Years. The head has been rack mounted in a flight case so remains in excellent condition. It does have a little paint flaked off just round one of the holes for the rack mount , which you can not see as it is under the rack ear,(why Eden allow the threads to get paint in them is beyond me) which occurred when I was fitting the rack ears. Also one of the rack ear screws is not fully home for the same reason picture below tries to show. The head has a remote foot switch for mute and switching in and out the semi parametric which is handy. Manufacturers blurb for head. "The flagship of the Nemesis line. The NA650 is 2 spaces high and 17" wide by 11" deep. It features a unique preamp design and an all FET output stage with 650W RMS at 2 ohms. This unit has Enhance, Edge, and Gain boost controls; selectable DI pre/post, front-panel DI level control, as well as a smooth, solid FET sound with plenty of power to drive multiple speaker cabinets. Nemesis NA650 Bass Head Specifications: * Power: 650W RMS@ 2 ohms * Distortion: <.1% * Frequency Response: 10Hz - 18kHz * Headroom: 3dB * Dimensions: 17"W x 3-1/2"H x 11"D * Weight: 28 lbs. Nemesis NA650 Bass Head Features: * 650W RMS @ 2 ohms * Unique preamp design * FET output stage * Semi-parametric EQ with Enhance, Gain Boost, and Edge controls * Selectable pre/post DI with front-panel level control * Pre-EQ effects loop"
 11.
No problems mate. Ive put up a pic of the cab's new home in the gear 'porn section'
I have had a look. It looks great with the rest of the gear. Really interesting set up!
 12.
No wonder you have your username as that! They go together really well. Heres my lastest: Its going to be a bi-amp set-up, but until i get the signal splitter box and test it out im not sure how itll be, but heres a rough idea: Bass ->Splitter -A-> Effects -> Ampeg B5R -> Eden 2x10 -B-> SVT 3Pro -> Alien Audio 1x15 My compressor is stereo so ill fit that in somehow. The Superfly could be a back-up. Total overkill for a non-gigging bassist, but i though 'Eh why not? Might come in use one day?'
Glad to see the cab settled in nicely and has gone to a good home! . Really interesting set up, should have plenty of puch live. Geebass!
 13. Thanks for the feedback.
 14. Just sold eden nemesis cab to Sean. Paid quickly, good communication and helpful. Good Guy to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. Thank you Sean hope you enjoy the Cab.

 16.
Ok ibanez gsr200 hopefully in the pipeline following advice from the basschat bass guitars forum. Now I need a practice amp. There's loads out there and abit of advice would be appreciated. I'm deffo after a practice amp only and top price is £70. Any views on: Stagg Ashdown Behringer Roland cube (slightly over budget!!!) - oops that was the non bass version I was looking at - bass version well over budget so forget that one Squier rumble Peavey Laney Marshall I'm looking for one with headphone socket and cd input. Would you buy second hand?
I have a behringer BX300 practice amp. I think these are as good as anything quite clean sounding with decent shape filter on it and great value for money. Absolutely fine with 4 string getting a full tone out of a low b is obviously not its strongest point. However if you want to practice with a drum kit it is clearly not man enough. The amp is a plain jane no frills affair. I would go for something secondhand as you get more for your dosh if budget is a problem. I personally like the Roland cube as it gives you an amp you can use for home recording. I am based in West Cumbria my Bx300 is not doing very much. Hope this helps!
 17.
Yes you can your amp will tolerate 2 to 8 ohm speaker loads. Please note the nemesis cab is rated at 300 watts rms where you amp is rated at 530 watts rms . In short if you are really pushing your amp then you could stuff the speakers but a sensible operating levels it shoud be o.k. Note the nemesis Head NA650 I have used generates 650 watts at 2 ohms 440 watts at 4 ohms and 300 watts at 8 ohms. I have used the amp upto approx 1/2 master volume which has been fine.
Not much interest in this rig so price drop to £425 for the lot. Last offer before it goes off elsewhere! Grab yourself a grands worth gear in really good condition, I still have the boxes for the amp and speaker cab.

 19. Price drop £425 Eden Nemesis NA650 head, Gator 3U Flight Case, Behringer BTR2000 rack tuner and Eden Nemesis NSP210 Speaker Cab. Pricing excluding Postage & Packing Complete set up (all four) for £480 I have owned this gear from New (London Bass Centre) for the last 2 Years. The head has been rack mounted in a Gator 3U shallow flight case with the Behringer BTR2000 rack Tuner from unit. The head is in excellent condition but has a little paint flaked off just round one of the holes for the rack mount (why Eden allow the threads to get paint in them is beyond me) when I was fitting the rack ears. The head has a remote foot switch for mute and switching in and out the semi parametric which is handy. The Speaker cab is a full range cab therefore no problems with 5 string. The Cabinet is in very good condition and quite light for its size due to the cabinet material used. Please note that the cab is 4 ohm and the carpet covering is starting to get a little fluffy. I have used this system mainly for rehearsing and the odd gig. Manufacturers blurb for head. "The flagship of the Nemesis line. The NA650 is 2 spaces high and 17" wide by 11" deep. 20. Hello out there. I am new to the forum so I hope I have set this up o.k. I have upgraded my rig so need to move on some of my equipmentl. So I have for sale an Eden Nemesis NA650 head, Gator 3U Flight Case, Behringer BTR2000 rack tuner and Eden Nemesis NSP210 Speaker Cab. I have owned this gear from New (London Bass Centre) for the last 2 Years. The Cabinet is in very good condition and quite light for its size due to the cabinet material used. Please note that the cab is 4 ohm and the carpet covering is starting to get a little fluffy. I have used this system mainly for rehearsing and the odd gig. I will get some pictures on to the site as soon as I have figured out how to do that! Pricing excluding Postage & Packing Eden Nemesis NA650 £300 (seems to be going rate second hand given other offerings i have seen) Gator 3u flight case £40 (£75 new in GAK) Behringer BTR2000 rack Tuner £35 (£60 in GAK) All three for £350 Eden NSP210 speaker cab £150 Complete set up (all four) for £480 Manufacturers blurb for head. Nemesis NA650 Bass Head Features: * 650W RMS @ 2 ohms * Unique preamp design * FET output stage * Semi-parametric EQ with Enhance, Gain Boost, and Edge controls * Selectable pre/post DI with front-panel level control * Pre-EQ effects loop" My reason for selling is simply I have upgraded to a Mark bass/ bergantino rig, but otherwise, I'd be very happy to continue using this amp as it does sound pretty good and I have had to spend a lot of money to improve on it. (Hence need to sell this to smooth waters with Mrs). I am based in West Cumbria. I have no idea how much it would it be to courier this but would be prepared to travel meet half way if that suited. Any questions, feel free to ask away. Thanks for looking. Photos added hopefully!
