5. Hi Selling a Bespoke Basses Superlight EUB that I've owned for around 5 years. Recently after purchasing I bought a 'proper' upright so it hasn't had a huge amount of usage. Since then its been in my loft (in a soft bag). As a result the strings are a little worse for wear (will probably want replacing) and a few bits like the wing nuts on the metal frame look a little rusty. The bass originally had a Shadow pickup (SH 950) mounted in the wings but I have no idea where that is, so no pickup is included in the sale. A soft cover is included which I got from Jerry at Superlight when I bought the bass (it is a surfboard bag with carry handles and should strap and is pictured below) From looking on here they tend to go for around £900, looking for £500 for this bass as it does need a pickup and strings. Collection from Rochester, Kent or Central London (Haymarket) Many thanks Rich
6. I have a Markbass Mini 121P combo for sale £350 here http://basschat.co.uk/topic/206416-fs-markbass-mini-cmd-121p-combo-l350/ Best, Rich
7. Hi Guys, Selling my Markbass Mini CMD 121P which I've owned for about 5 years. It's in fully working condition, lightweight (30lbs) and loud (300W). Cosmetically it looks like an amp thats been used for 5 years, because it has. Usual scuffs on corners, bit of wear on strap, few small dinks to the carpet, few bobbly patches etc. Web price new is about 800 quid, I'm selling for £350 collection from Rochester, Kent or Central London (Haymarket) May be able to arrange courier at buyers expense, subject to me being able to find its/a box from the loft. Pictures below, no trade offers please. Thanks Rich

11. man, too much choice! just came across a load of threads on talkbass on the same subject. i think ive narrowed it down to the Fender, antiquity II and also SPB-1
12. Thanks, this confirms what I was thinking. Had Antiquity IIs on a jazz bass at one time and they sounded really classic. Will have a look at the Lindy Fralin! Many thanks
13. Hi Looking for some advice/suggestions, I'm in the market for a replacement pickup to use in some of my p basses. Looking to get as close to early 60s, Jamerson/Pino tone. Using rosewood fretboard and old TI flats on them currently. Going through some of the major brands there seems to be loads suggesting a true representation of the vintage 60s pickups. Wondered if anyone had any experience with any of the below or could suggest others to consider? £89 Fender original pickup £130 Seymour Duncan Antiquity II £52 Seymour Duncan Vintage SPB-1 £110 Nordstrand np4 £110 Nordstrand np4v £100 Aguilar AG 4P-60 £55 Wizard Trad £90 Bareknuckle 65 split coil Thanks for the help Best, Rich
