2.
Eurgh, all that 'orrible wood. It's got too many strings aswell. What were you thinking putting that on here!?
shhhhhh....mine's going to have more strings
 3.
I was looking at these units too, but wasn't sure if their performance would be throttled by my pc only having a basic onboard soundcard.
It all depends I think, through this unit you just plug a guitar no amp nothing, I then use monitors to provide the sound and use the Line6 PodFarm to process the sound of different amps etc, to be honest it will not sound like professional studio but even with the lower end sound cards you can get what you want out of it, you just going to have to work 5 times harder for it

 7. I've got one of those http://www.nevadamusic.co.uk/brands/Line_6...1348/p7428.aspx You can plug monitors straight into the unit so you don't get any latency in your sound playback, works the magic that bit of kit

 13.
Er, have you thought about getting a suitcase on wheels? One of the hard ABS or whatever they're made of ones. You'll get the usual 'you going on holiday after the gig?' comments from your bandmates but it'll make things easier. I used one briefly but it was cheap pish and I snapped the handle off it.
Well the standard suitcases don't take the effect in, the bigger size ones are just big and everything is loose. I was more after something like this http://www.ebuyer.com/product/133298 but that's to small inside.
 14. I was looking for something more robust and hard-case type thing
 15. Yo fellow bass maniacs, I'm having a bit of nightmare with lugging my stuff around for practice and was wondering if any of you guys can point me in the right direction. For my bass I use a semi-hard gigbag from tom&will which makes my life a bit easy but I use Boss GT10B which weights the best part of 10lbs and now I'm going to take my amp with me as well which weights over 12lbs. I was looking for something like a suitcase on wheels that can fit both of those things and I can just wheel it behind me which would make it easier during rush-hour on the Tube. Any ideas, suggestions ? I'm probably looking to spend no more than £60 Cheers Jack
 16. I can only praise them http://www.tomandwill.com/ Had 2 gig bags that are well padded inside and protect your baby like nothing else I had before and at around £30 you can't go wrong.

 19. Hi guys, I'm selling my combo due to an upgrade to a proper rig. It's less then a year old and has never been played outside of my room and even there it has been switched on no more then 10 times. I still have an original box and it has over 2 months warranty on it as well. The sound of it is very good with a lot of punch in the low end and good bright tone on the high ends. Here's the spec from the website : As of now the Sweet 15.2 is part of the Warwick Semi-Professional series. This new combo is an enhancement of the Sweet 15.1. The 15" speaker guarantees a solid bass tone, the (switchable) HF-horn enables a good attack and transparent highs. With a power of 150 watts, an 8-band graphic-EQ, as well as switches for low and high boost it fits into all different kinds of styles and techniques. Additionally, the combo has a bass reflex housing, a FX loop, clip LED, fan-cooling and a foldable lever at the rear side, which enables the user to tilt back the combo at a 45° angle. 150 watts combo, fan-cooled 4 ohms 95dB 1 x 15" speaker (power rating 150W, max. 200W, 4 ohms, 95dB, resonant frequency: 35Hz, frequency range: 30Hz-4000Hz) HF-horn, switchable (Warwick Piezo Tweeter) 8-band graphic-EQ Controls for Gain (Clip LED) and Master Switches for Low Boost, High Boost and Mute FX loop Line out Headphone jack Protection circuitry for HF, overheating, DC Bass reflex housing Rear stand for 45° operation Weight: 24 kg Dimensions (W/H/D): 0,53 x 0,64 x 0,34 m Don't have a pic now because I'm at work but PM me and I'll send you some.
