3. http://ywkfbk.en.alibaba.com/product/0/520...l_OTD_100_.html Its about £70 on ebay. Just wondering about it. If i was going to go for something like that i would probably choose a DHA pedal but just wondering if anyone has heard of this!
4. Well both cabinets are probably 300 at 8 ohms so that means that yes in total you wil have 600 watts at 4 ohms power handling.
5. I am 16 and here is my gear!
6. any opinions on the Shure T3-ZZ VHF wireless that is for sale in the classifieds? thanks

13. If i want to buy something from canada or the USA whether it be off ebay or not, what sort of fees will i have to pay? I am thinking of buying the sadowsky bass di pedal thing and there is no cheap places to buy it in the uk it seems to be around £200 whereas in america it is about £120 ish not including postage and whatever fees i have to pay!! any info welcomed! thanks phil
14. thanks for all that , i aint exactly desperate for a p-bass so i wil wait till there is one that i just gotta hav!!!
15. so can you ask him to try and get you a certain type/ colour of bass?
16.
It's worth noting (and I will do this quickly) that there a export and non export MIJ/CIJ Fender basses. The one ion the first example link is an export model. The ones from Far East Guitars are actually Japanese Non-export models. As it has been mentioned above, they are specific to Japan. IMHO (as I own one) the Non-Export models are absolutely fantastic and have better quality hardware and pups that the export models. Maybe I have played old dog MIA's but I don't think I'd have any reason to buy a US P Bass over a non export CIJ. Ishibashi should certainly get a mention here!
its a bit confusing that Ishibashi so i think i wil just stick with lookin on the far east guitars site for a nice bass!!! and i am guessing that £415 is a good price for that bass ??
17.
My mate John at FarEast Guitars in Essex has the following at the mo, DISCOUNTED!!! http://www.fareastguitars.co.uk/usedbasses.htm Its the s/b precision at the bottom of the page. You could get this beauty posted to you in Merseyside for less money!!
thanks for that link! how could it be posted to Merseyside for less money? and i will keep an eye out on that site but i am seriously considering that bass, the maple fretboard is just so sexy!
18. yer i have been looking at the MIM 50's bass and they look nice, i was just wondering about the MIJ ones! but thanks for all your info on this! i wil hav a closer look at the 50's one. i would preferably want to get a realy nice p-bass as cheap as possible! bout £350 for a decent second hand one? so buying new probably isnt an option so i wil just keep looking on the bay and in the for sale sections on these forums
19. what are the advantages of MIJ fenders? i mean is it just they are affordable but for great quality. for example:http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Fender-57-Precision-Bass-in-Fiesta-Red-Shadows_W0QQitemZ300122294963QQihZ020QQcategoryZ4713QQcmdZViewItem is that a good buy? all opinions welcome
20. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...hlink:middle:uk Just wonderin how much this bass is worth he doesn't give the letters at the start of the serial number so unsure how old it is, looks good tho!
21. yeah i really don't think i am up for building a cab to be honest! i think based on the last comment that is a sensible idea to go with the same cabinet so should i get a 1x15 or another 2x10 i got the 2x10 first as my other amp an old laney had a 1x15 speaker and i just thought it was a bit boomy on its own so maybe the 1x15 will sound good with a 2x10. so another 2x10 or a 1x15
22. i would preferably not build my own but if i chose to what model/spec would you recommend?
23. oh yeah and i am guessing i need to match the wattages up ? the gk cab is 400 watts at 8 ohms so that means i need to get another cab that has the same specs?
24. oh yes and whilst i think on i must easy be able to get the cabs from the uk. Preferably at around £300!
