^ I get that... but will confirm the contact and 'fussy' Jack plug length...

Those sockets usually come with 2 or 3 red fiber washers to use depending on chassis thickness... i think the star grounding washer - although a great idea and design touch, may just of made the jack requirement a little long... 

Hence take the chrome nut off to feel how a jack seats...

Real nice looking brown burst... I not a fan of the overly red n yellow bursts...

That price drop is half a Tonerider, if it needs it at all... just sayin'

I'm thinking that the 0.3 may now be a little thick to conform... but was worried 0.2 might just be like thick foil...

Depends if you are happy drilling holes? 13 v 11 etc... there are a few on Aliexpress - neck truss as well so watch out... quality is good... This on my Aria Pro Jazz to PJ...

You have the Out going to the jack Ring contact instead of the Tip contact...

^ little dribble of glue (in the hole -not top surface as it may effect the oil finish...) must have a suitable shard from ya chiselin'?..

Prolly not as the foam you have is full surface, between the feet, and ss long as the foam it not compressed easy enough for the feet to contact the floor.

The board would be to ensure the feet don't just dig in to the foam...
