Orange Terror Bass head - £325 (SOLD) I've owned it since new and has been gigged up until 18 months ago when our band called it a day. It has been sat in my lounge since and its too loud for home practice and my daughter says it makes her feel sick when I use it.... I've just had it looked over by the chap we use at work to fix our kit (video and audio production company) and he (also a bass player). Don't expect a receipt as I gave him £30 cash for his troubles. Also included is the original carry case, IEC cable, Speakon lead and -40db attenuator so sound men don't go mental when they say the amp output is too hot for their desk. I'd like to offer it up for collection from Oxford before I post as I'd like the new owner/s to have a chance to try it. My feedback thread is here:

The train from Paddington takes an hour and I can meet you at the station and take you to my house to try it (its a 5 min drive) if thats more appealing? Or could just do the deal in the station car park (thats what I did with my last sale). Have a think about it

[/quote] Hi Warwick, this one is pretty light. I can try and pop it on the scales this evening. I agree that the quality of them really is fantastic. I've always seen it as the Jazz bass of the musicman world with the Stingray being the Precision? I have no idea why they seem to command less money second hand than a Stingray though?

[center][u][b]For Sale - Musicman Sterling (USA)[/b][/u][/center] Afternoon all! I'm looking to find my Musicman Sterling a new home. I've owned it for 3 years (I think) but I just don't play it enough to warrant keeping it. I'm really a Precision man so this is just sitting on the rack not getting much love This is the Musicman Sterling, not to be confused with the cheaper 'Sterling by Musicman' basses. Here are a few pics: The overall condition is very good. I don't think there are any chips or dings (but I'll double check). I've tried to get some close up shots as you can see the grain through the purple finish, it really is quite stunning. I'm looking for £600 collected from Oxford or I'd be happy to deliver within 30 miles for petrol money. I've got a hard case (Stagg) in the loft that I can chuck in to sweeten the deal but you should only really see this as a freebe as I think a couple of the latches are knackered.

Thanks Wayne, It's certainly the best 410 I've used, it's just perfect! Still, it's been for sale on here for nearly 2 months and I've only had interest from people who say they want it but never reply to my PM's or come up with the cash. It's a lot of cab for the money and I'll get another one one day when I have the space
