I'm playing an acoustic gig this Friday . We will be playing The Barley Pop in Germantown. We will be playing outdoors to the customers picking up their " take out" meals. This is the way it is for some of us, basically grabbing anything we can get until Wisconsin opens up. Hopefully we'll get some media coverage. We have good gigs booked starting the first week in June if we're open. Blue

I was just thinking about a few people I know that worked in restaurants. Will people go back to dining out and crowding into restaurants if not ,I doubt those jobs will last long. I'm talking about bands, cooks, waitresses, bartenders and dish washers. Blue

My band has been in existence for over 15 years. I hope we can survive a few months of downtime. Blue

That's another concern many of us should have. Regardless of when the gigs come back. Can your band survive this down time? Blue

The grounds and stages have undergone numerous upgrades and several headliner stages have been added since 2000 including 2 state of the art amphitheaters. Cool that you've visited us. Blue

Agreed They have a pretty big boost on unemployment compensation right now. Some will be making less money when they return to work. They also gave everyone making under 99k $1,200.00 and $3,400.00 for a family. Blue

Yeah, Lozz I think all of the major US Festivals have been cancelled. I always boast about our Summerfest here in Milwaukee ( Worlds Largest Music Festival). It's been officially cancelled. First time since it started in 1969. Blue

I have too many fears especially after finding out yesterday one of my old high school and band mates has it and is not doing well. Blue

Interesting discussion. This might be a cultural issue. In my conservative neck of the woods I believe. more people are going to come out in droves and get crazy more than those who stay home. We had a big protest here in Milwaukee yesterday They want to open the State up now. They don't like our Governor's May 26th open date Blue

Depending on where you live when we start gigging will be different Wisconsin will remain on lockdown until May 26th. I'm a senior with some health issues. I don't want gig until I'm confident it's safe. We're booked to play an outdoor gig on June 6th at The Cheel in Mequon WI. Blue

Not great, our band leader and her husband are doing live shows on Facebook every Friday Night. I'm staying positive and following all the guidelines.. How about you? Blue
