Yeah I have a DB680 + DB728. It was the DB728 that convinced me to order the DB680. If I remember at one point the DB728 was more like the thick end of £3K.
And if your auntie had balls...etc !! You'd be correct Lee! I'd love to see a picture of that Sadowsky. How do you like the pickups? I love 'em! Might get similar ones in the forthcoming Shuker, still trying to decide.
I think they are great, got another Sadowsky with Sadowsky electrics in an that sounds great, this one has Aeros and an Aguilar 3 band eq.

Also featuring the amazing 'Fighting Cocks' (who are so much better than their name sugests!).

I have a DB728 and a DB680 in one flight case, good luck trying to move two of them!

We've just got one of these at work, you can use it like an external drive, so if you drag the wav file on to your desk top it should work with most good DAW software. Ableton live is great for creating live loops ect, but Cubase is a better all rounder. I've also used the h4 files on both Protools and Logic 8 (which is fantastic, so much better than prev versions). BTW I think the H4 would be a must have peice of gear if you could use the internal stereo mic + the 2 line inputs at the same time to record to 4 tracks, imagine what you could do at live gigs!

Hey Jamie, hows it going? My amp guy is AMAZING, does wonders with my Aguilar valve set up, he's based in Milton Keynes, but well worth the visit. PM me if you want his details. Lee
This is one of the best gigbags you can get, it's actually like a soft case with over an inch of rigid foam surrounding the instrument on all sides. It features a large pocket on the front, padded shoulder straps. It's covered in tough waterproof material. New these are about £170. This is quite a heavy case/bag, I travel by train a lot and find it a bit too heavy, but it's ideal if you're travelling to a gig or session by car. £95 plus postage or personal collection.
I'll take it! How much for postage? -
Oh that's nice ... famous too .. So is there anything in the rules about like for like? How close does it have to be? Could you, say, IN and new bass and OUT a full bag of recycled newspapers, a few wire coat hangers, an old mains lead and a few fridge magnets?? Wood, wires, magnets .. more or less the same basic ingredients ..... Worth a go ?
I might try that mate, I'll let you know how I get on! Just replied to some PM's peeps.
