And that's what frustrates me. Job losses over something that may not happen still. What if things do remain as they are and we stay in the EU? Will these companies give former employees their jobs back? 

But the inconsistencies are generally consistent?!

A lack of confidence on something that may still not happen.

Fair play to him I say. If this is what it takes to get a tour which is attended by a good amount of people in this day and age then carry on. Even Mr. Grohl had to not be so nice when he was trying to 'make it'. 

That's my point. What if things do remain as they are and we stay in the EU? Prices going up and costs going up based on something that may not even happen still. Just an excuse to get more money out of our pockets.

Messaged several shops/techs but no one has replied bar GTS! 

It sounds like it might be indeed D'Addario light gauge tapes.

Unless you mean low tension which I'm afraid all tapewounds are. 

When I used tapes briefly, La Bella 760N were my choice. 

GTS were very quick to reply. £45 if I supply the nut - no thanks! 

Does anyone know a guitar tech or music shop in the Warwickshire area that could help me install a new nut on my bass? 

Looking to get my old one swapped out for a Tusq XL since it's seen better days. 

Any ideas? 

Hmmm, I've used them on and off for ten years without any issues. 

The Terror Bass gives 500w into 4 ohms, how much into 8 ohms? 

Changed names but as you said, stopped booking live acts a while back.
