    Thanks all! From seeing gut shots of some,as well as general comments, it really seems like [sfx] will be hard to beat or even get anywhere close to...well, we'll see . Suggestions still very welcome!

    Hi all, I am wondering if there is one company out there which you think stands out amongst the huge number of companies making them now, in terms of quality components,built quality and of course tone of their 1590A size effects. I am specifically after a good distortion or overdrive(maybe as an alternative to SFX), and octave down pedal, a bit crusher kind of thing(maybe an alternative to the malekko BIT) , and envelope filter(auto wah) and maybe a chorus. pedals in 1590A format. Feed back would be greatly appreciated.

    One custom made 5-string acoustic bass guitar is for sale. This instrument was hand-made by Henning Doderer in Germany and is equipped with one magnetic Bartolini and one piezo pickup. Both pickups are wired directly to individual out sockets. The Bass comes in a case. ₤1000 is the price but offers will be considered.
