    First generation of this popular box. Got it as a part exchange, recorded probably about 20sec of material and lost interest. Already using it as a headphone practice amp to play along with mp3s. Anyway, it's only main unit, no box, papers, discs etc. Drivers can be downloaded from internet. USB cable included. Not to sure about price, let's say £45 posted

    HI Martin, Sound is great and strings last long. Only thing I don't like about neons is that coming off coating looks awful.

    Hi guys. Many people including myself asking questions how this and that bass or strings sounds. What if we start basschat soundclip database. I've found great idea on Polish bass players forum. You can download backing track with score or tabulature, add your bass track, then upload it to soundcloud and post link to forum. All post processing is ruled out, so we can have direct comparison of basses and strings. Considering number of basschat members and instruments available I think it could be very handy.     10" speaker drivers from trace elliot cab, 8ohm, think they are 100watts each. Both needs reconing. To be collected form Holywell, North wales or can post if you organize your own courier.

    you right, but impedance works exactly same way for both amps

    I've had Shuttle 6.0 for a couple months. Last week traded it back for my old trusty trace gp12 smx. Have to say, that I loved genz, but 600 watts from it were nowhere near 350 watts from trace. Sorry to say but I was really struggling to get proper volume playing live, constantly turning back and checking if I don't overload the amp. Maybe that's the problem with speaker cab that doesn't match very well (using trace 1x15), but again same speaker with trace head sounds great with plenty headroom. Saying all that have to say also if I'd have some spare money to spend I'd probably buy another GB, maybe small combo, for home practicing
