Sorry, I was on a looong holiday. But I don't look for a trade at the moment tbh. Just got my hands on a Fender Flea Jazz and that will keep me busy for a while
  2. Thanks! I have one for sale myself right now and if it leaves the flat, then I'll happily take yours. The old rule, you know.... By the way, how much did you play it that you wore off the paint in a year? Are any of the frets similarly worn down?

New Price - £950 900 This bass is super nice! It's by far the most comfortable I ever had in terms of the neck, weight and overall balance. I sell it as strangely I don't get on with the position of the precision pup, it seems to always be in my way when when playing on the D and G string. I tried, but it's just not meant to be I guess. I bought this one just a couple of months ago from Mark who sells the Limelight basses, here is a link to the original post on his website: https://classicandcoolguitars.co.uk/portfolio/sandberg-vm4-hca-creme/ In my pics it looks a lot whiter than it actually is, the one pic with the leaflets stuck on are closer to the actual colour. I am based in SE London (SE4) if you want to try it out. I'd prefer to meet with a buyer, but can also courier it away with what ever courier is preferred. Again, super nice bass and if you like the relic'd look, then this is a beauty I'd say!

    Yamaha BB424X

Thanks man! I agree, but it plays 3rd fiddle behind my Ric 4003s and Sandberg California. No point in having this beauty hanging around without being played...
  5. Hi, probably a mistake letting it go, but here it is. In very good nick, it comes with a proper cover from Hotcover and no issues whatsoever. It's very powerful and loud, I used it for rehearsing and for a couple of shows as the stage monitor. It is 500W, but only if you add an external cab. It is 300W with the internal speakers, I never had to push it to hear myself against drums and two guitars. Collection or meetup only, I am based in South London but willing to drive a bit as well.
  6. I need to make some space for new desires, hence I am selling this very lovely bass. Plays and sounds well above what it's worth in my eyes. I bought it only in January on here, the condition is still the same. I used it on one gig and I think two rehearsals. I am looking for £220 and ideally collection meet up in or around London. Cheers, Udo
  7. Hello, I am looking to move on my Ibanez TS9B. Got it off fleabay a couple of months back and can't find a proper use for it. It has some marks and scratches, but works with no issues. I am looking for £75 or £80 shipped. Thanks, Udo
  8. Hi all, barely used this one outside of the flat, I think just for one rehearsal. I used it mainly to practice over headphones in the flat. I am based in SE London, happy to ship at buyer's cost as well. Cheers, Udo

    feedback for Deedee

I bought a Puma 500 head from Dan and very easy and smooth communication and handling. Top packaging, fast delivery - top notch.
  10. Hello, is the Puma one of the earlier or newer version models? Cheers
  11. Hi all, I bought this roughly a year ago from ebay and it works just fine. But for some reason it doesn't turn me into Cliff Burton The previous owner had a UK power cable attached to it, as far as I can tell it's all working as it should. I haven't used it much though, just a couple of times and now it's just taking up space. I am asking for what I paid for it, not sure how to price it as they are so rare in the UK. I am based in SE London if you want to try before you buy. Cheers, Udo
  12. I have an offer for £975 and would let it go for that price, but it's still here, yes
  13. Thanks for the offer, but that's not my forte. I'd probably manage to destroy something valuable along the way.
  14. Hi all, I sometimes find myself wanting just a bit of my bass in my ear when playing gigs where the monitors don't do it. I don't care about the other instruments in the band, just need some more of my bass Is anyone aware of a lo-fi solution to this without the full IEM wireless set up? I envisage something like these plug-in headphone amps (like the VOX amPLUG2). You simply plug a little amp into the bass jack, that dongle has two outputs, one being an amplified headphone out (which would be my IEM for my bass) and then simply a jack out where I would plug in my cable to go off to the pedals. I hope that makes sense. I looked around but couldn't find anything like that, maybe it's too basic to exist? Any ideas if such a device is out there? Cheers, Udo
  15. Well, it's meant to be an original 4003s and I'll take it apart to double check later. Pretty sure it is though as I got it new from a dealership.
  16. Hi all, might be a daft question, but on my 2016 Rick 4003s the two volume knobs don't make use of the full circle, so to speak. What I mean is that already after turning them roughly halfway the pup is already completely off. The first quarter turn already takes it down around 70 or maybe 80%. Is any fellow Ric4003s owner around who has the same? Cheers, Udo
  17. I am trying to seriously cut down on the number of basses I have, hence I am putting this beautiful player up for sale. I bought it new in July 2017 from Dawsons, it has never been gigged and no dings or issues. Some superficial belt buckle traces at the back, I tried to capture them. Currently strung with TI flats, sounds heavenly and plays heavenly. I still have the original white pickguard and it comes with both, the black one and the white one. Not much else to say really, apart from that this is a beautifully crafted instrumented, the new line of Fender Pro basses is really superb. I am based in SE London but happy to travel a bit as well for a meet up.
  18. I bought a Yamaha424x from Ben, super nice contact and even threw in a free gig bag. Top man!
  19. I am selling my still new Squier Vintage Modified Bass VI. I bought it in November on a wimp, but turns out my fingers are not made for these delicate fingerboards. I used it only for a couple of hours indoors, absolutely as new. I also restrung it with La Bella Stainless Steel Round Wound Bass VI Strings 767-6S (they cost me £45 as well) and gave it a basic set up. It still has the plastic cover over metal plate at the back, that's how new it is. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it, just not my thing after all. Not looking for trades right now. Happy to courier it away or meet within 50miles of South East London.
  20. Hello all, I am selling my nifty little recording and practice USB interface. Nothing wrong with it all, I just don't use it anymore. I bought a Ampeg pre-amp that has a line in and headphone out, so that's my quiet practice needs satisfied. This is in excellent condition, I bought it roughly a year ago for £110 new. Happy to post or meet in the London area. Cheers, Udo
  21. Is this a new model and do you know the weight?
  22. Hey, my kitchen scale claims that it's just under 4kg and the nut width is 1.5". Easy player and total lightweight I find.
