Tecamp Puma 500 in great condition with gigbag. I've been using in-ear monitoring in my regular band more and more the past few weeks, consequently I've only used on one gig since buying a few weeks back. No marks, everything works as it should with zero issues. Very reluctant sale, £475 includes UK postage or £460 cash on collection. Thanks for looking.

Bought on BC recently as backup/2nd amp but a small combo or quality 1x12 cab has become priority at the moment. Great condition, lightweight and loud with that unmistakable EBS tone. Excellent compressor and eq. Comes with a Skinz Gigbag. Possible trade on the above mentioned items. Would prefer buyer to try before buying, otherwise can post, UK only. Thanks for viewing.

My nearly new Bonafide is back up for sale as I've picked up a Puma 500, which makes more sense for me as I don't need all these options and the Puma slips in my gigbag. Amp comes with Footswitch (and lead), Rack Ears, original box and manual. First pic was taken on a gig 2 weeks back, second of never used FS in garage and third stock photo showing connection options. Here is a link to the Tecamp site... http://www.tecamp.bi...e.html#overview I had a few questions about this previously mostly relating to connecting 2 instruments. As this is 2 separate amps in one unit, you can have 2 instruments connected at once with different eq's and jump between each amp via the footswitch or front panel. You can drive separate cabs from each channel or bridge down to 900 watts. I've only gigged using one 4 ohm cab out of one channel so far and it's a loud beast. UK only sale. Thanks for looking.

two separate bass amps in one housing
any possible routing
ultra compact
»Taste«-Filter, 4-Band EQ, »Line Out« per channel
separate effects loops
channel shared »DI out« post
»Mute« and »Channel« footswitch included
»Channel B« with 200 Hz »Lo Pass« Filter and +12 dB »Sub-Boost«
»Bridged Mode« and »Mono«Switch
900 w power at 4 ohms, 2 x 450 w power at 2 ohms
only 2,2 kg; 4.85 lbs
Hi All, not sure if this is a good idea or not! Waiting patiently for a used Tecamp micro head to pop up at the right price and no luck, so i jumped on this for a good price only 2 weeks ago from a German store. Used on one gig and a Puma 900 is offered to me. Not bought the Puma head yet, but being a friend he will hold for a couple of days, so seeing if any interest in the virtually brand new amp over the next couple of days. Comes with rack ears, sexy footswitch (incl lead). I don't need all the options this head gives, but love the sound. Sorry can't get actual pics up at this time. TECAMP Black Jag 500 Classic Bass Amp F/S

Absolutely love this amp. I've owned it for almost 6 months. Original owner paid 1,490 Euros for it in November 2012. I've started using in-ears in the regular band and for the most part I've only used the preamp section for the last few weeks. I want to stay with Tecamp so on the lookout for a Puma head from the current range. The in-ear scenario is the only reason for selling. All spec is in the following links including a dodgy demo (don't particularly like the sound he gets but gives you an idea). Class D and light as a feather, almost, at only 11lbs. 500w at 4 ohms, 300w at 8. Great on-board Compressor and DI. Love the Taste knob (takes you from modern to vintage), and plenty of eq options. The amp is exactly the same as on current website, they just changes the cosmetics. Apologies for photos as lots of glare and reflection on chrome. £600 will include UK shipping. Thanks for looking. I have a lefty Sonus 4. The neck feels like a Jazz, pretty fast, great action. Went off Bartolini's for a while but the ones on this sound great. Built to Zons own specs I guess. Lightweight and sit well against the body. Only downside I can think of is that if your not a tidy player then harmonics may be an issue. a very lively bass.
No probs. The Jazz is upgraded with a J-Retro and different bridge if that makes a difference. Ha, I would also like to try a Sandberg VM4! Hard to get hold of one for a trial in lefty though.
Thanks for the trade offer. I'm pretty well sorted for basses at the moment so would have to be something a little special. Open to very near offers though!
Definitely not interested in trades? I have a 2011 US Fender Jazz std that I am going to throw up on the forum soon.
Afraid not. if I had another Fender Jazz I'd probably go back to a Deluxe model. Still like to try a Sandberg VM4.

Traded my Jazz 5 for another 4 string and after last nights gig I'm happy, so as per current policy of one in/one out...... I've taken some daylight pictures earlier today (posted back up in thread) to give a better indication of body colour. Has the Spector curved body, lightweight, punchy, great action, neck solid with zero issues, not a mark on it. Controls are Volume/bass/treble. Pull the V knob to split coils. Just paid the balance on my Overwater which will be here shortly so looking for a quick sale now. Thanks for looking.

I had a couple of Streamliners. Sounded great at home but on a gig (full band function type) I found it to lacked a little mid punch/presence which I couldn't dial in. Lows and highs were lovely.

Snarky Puppy UK tour - anyone else going?
whynot replied to kevin_lindsay's topic in General Discussion
Probably going to Love Supreme as also have a few mates playing in various bands. I had a couple of tickets for their clinic at Morley College last year, £10 a ticket. Room was half empty. Doubt it would be now. -
Hi Andy, I can only apologise. Body is Swamp Ash. Madagascan rosewood fingerboard. I will have to check later about facing as can't remember this moment. I hope I still have Jon's original email quoting the name of this. Originally the bass came with standard Barts but was too dark and a bit lifeless. Jon recommended the KA's and to be honest I'm not sure if the same custom windings in both. I think the bridge p/u is a little longer but can also check later. the neck P/u is mellower for sure but that could simply be the position. Alan
