  1. I recently purchased an Ashdown ABM 900 from Si. I would have no hesitation in endorsing him as a genuine, honest and decent fellow bassist. Communication was also great all the way through the transaction. I am well chuffed with my purchase from him. Thank you Si.
  2. I play a 2012 Fender US Precision, and have recently acquired a rather nice Jack Casaday Signature in white. Im using Ashdown ABM 900 and ABM 4x10 cheers...Karl.

  7. I've got a 2012 American Standard Fender Precision and I fancy putting a different pick guard on it. I want to obtain one that has exactly the same screw holes and positions as the original one on the guitar, so that I don't have to drill more holes in it. Can anybody recommend a UK supplier for me? Thanks!

  12. You can cut the plasterboard away fix timber batons 3x2" re board and skim prior to hanging. Or if it's a solid wall the metal tubular expanding fixings are best. You'll need an sds drill of into solid brick and a socket wrench. I've got 6 of my guitars hung up.
  13. I've just bought what I think will be a guitar I will keep for ever, so am thinking of selling one of my existing basses and it feels like having to finish with a girlfriend. It's wierd cos it's just wood and strings at the end of the day......

  15. I want to try one of these out but struggling to find anyone who keeps them in stock. Does anyone know any dealers in my area? Leeds.
  16. Eddie was fantastic to deal with. Really friendly, answered all my questions promptly and was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble The amp I bought from him was well packaged and turned up the next day. He gave me a very good deal and even threw in a speakon cable. I can 100% endorse dealing with Eddie!
  17. Thanks. The current pickups are stock and not very good so I do want to change them anyway. The guitar will be going through a Spyder 550 amp, I also have a Zoom B3.
  18. I'm thinking about customising an old Samick bass I have and it currently has P Bass style pickups. I want to get the dirtiest, most gritty sound out of it and would like to know what after market pickups would be the best. I
