Good pricing and quick delivery, can't comment on support and customer service though.

Been denying it for a while cause of other bits of GAS, but I can't afford it right now sadly, with paying for rent with a rehearsal room and other stuff, so it'll be a couple of months before I can even start to think about it.

But it'll be worth it, I'm sure.

Yeah thought this would be the response, but I just wanted to see what other options were available before I went and shot the email off.

So I'm on the hunt for a lovely new Precision bass, as I'm loving the tones that I get from my more expensive P-Basses, but not the weight. So I was on the hunt for something similar but without the weight or the almost 1K pricetag (Which a lot for a poor student like me!)

What I'm after is:

Slabbed precision body
Maple fingerboard
Either dots or black block/Mother Of Pearl inlays
Green/Red/Something that isn't black
A neck similar to my Harris P Bass (How would I measure this and get diameters etc?)
Another pickup in there. So either a P+J or a P+Musicman

So anyone got any ideas? The big F doesn't seem to do anything that I'd be interested in, at least not these days. So thought I'd ask you all here!

Brilliant, all I'm really wanting is one similar to one of the website, but with the dimensions of my Steve Harris P-Bass and just the SPB4. If that can be done I'll be in heaven. I love the bass I'm using, but it's rediculously heavy and want a similar sound without the weight.

What would I need to measure to send him the dimensions of the bass neck?

Quite fancy the idea of having Ruin written on the 12th fret. Any idea on how much that would cost to do?

Cool, there's one that I'm looking at right now, it's perfect but there's one thing I don't like and that's the pickguard. You think if I sent them an email they'd let me buy it and put a mirror pickguard on it?

What are the neck profiles on these like? I'm tempted to order one, cause my Harris is far too heavy for gigs and these have some nice options.

How much do the Customs start from? I know what I'm wanting, but it doesn't come stock from the big F and this guy looks like he'll do it.

As they came stock, yes. I've not changed them, but I'm wanting another set of those like ASAP.
