  1. so, im looking for better pickups for my p-base any suggestions if not im just gonna go to my local music store and buy some a little bit better cause the ones it comes with sound like *&^*%%%$&^*&(*)(^%$%^&*()&^%$ (use your mind) anyways. yes uhh dont have a pic of it but go to any guitar sight and look up a affinity squire p bass. thanks for everything
  2. hmmm could you believe that i was playing a really small christian gig and... my guitar fell off. i wasnt even frekin moving.. what is it. good thing my guitar is a beast. a very cheap inexpensive beast that is build like a concrete brick. wooot i picked it up and started playing. wasnt that embarising i know everyone there... so yeah hate when that happens but my bass is a concrete brick so no damage. I LOVE CONCRETE BRICKS
  3. well I dunno about over 1k or whatever your money is. im a 15 year old and i live in the Usa so its a little diffrent. I can only work in the summers and get payed below minimum wage. yeah thats how bad it is plus its manual labor. anways i come out of the summer with about 1k to spend. I have stopped myself from buying any expensive bass just because the fact that I dont have the money and i cant do the whole buy it over 18 months thing. I have pretty much decided that cheap bases sound good with my little rig. I have a little squire pbass which is major started but it sounds decent when i play with my band. I dunno maybe im a tightwad i still havent changed the stock strings on that base for like 8 months. so yeah maybe its just me. that base cost me 178$ which is diffrent for yall but major cheap in the usa. But anyways. the major question is are you gonna be able to afford it and are you going to use it?
  4. hey, dont worry about the squire bass its decent. i HAVE the same model accept its the artic white. It powns! anways im doing small gigs on a 25 wat amp... dont be complaining. its from the same line its a rumbe too. they are decent but cant hrdlyhandle a base tone. my idea of a good sounding base amp is the 100w ampeg they are selling in USA for 350$
  5. this might or might not help. I think a yamaha speaker sounds better than a mac. thats just my opinion thiough... whatver floats your boat
  6. i agree with the person above try some active speakers. even though im 15 i know what im talking about (kinda) i run sound for a church of 400sometimes. we have massive 500w speakers. why? dont ask me. anyways yeah try some of those active speakers they sound about the same as regular speakers run through a sound system. gl man oh and im from Usa so i dunno the diffrence in equiptment that yall use? no clue, hope this helps. prob doesnt.. owell gl

  8. yeah yeah yeah, ok. now we are all thinking this guy is stupid theres post everywhere about this. But... they do not help me very much. ok ok ok. leme tell you what kind of strings im looking for. I play a squire p bass (nooby i know) in a christian band. im looking for strings that give me a nice warm tone that just makes you feel good inside. I am willing to spend a little bit more than the cheepy strings people buy. give me advice and websites that might help me on my choice of strings. thank you very much and have a nice day. pls i insist have a nice day! :0
  9. Im not in any major band, but if you want a good reliable mic go with shure. i run a 38channel sound system for about 400 people every week. we use shure(non wireless) they are really good and i dont ever have any problem with them.
  10. well, this happened to us to. were were runnign everything through our pa system. but we just got a dif mike and it didnt shock us anymore. WIERD? or is it just ME? hmm
  11. Hmmm. looks like a good deal. but i dont much trust Kustom or whatever. I own a peavey one just like that looks good sounds good and is much better quility. if u want way better quality i believe getting a peavey or a YAHAMA system would be much better. YAMAHA owns i think. Thats just my thought
