1. Small price drop bump. The Carvin is now on Ebay..... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/180873628179?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 Need rid of this stuff asap! Marshall.
2. It does have a line in on the back, so you could just use that for your pre amp if you wanted

4. Anyone had a go on one of these? I'm going to need a small cab for acoustic stuff, and these are up for 115 on thomann. Only 200 watts, guessing they are meant for the MB200 but should do what I want fine. Thanks!

6. Putting my Yamaha BBG5 up for sale. Bought it as my back up bass, although turns out I won't be needing it. Has a fair few knocks and a fingernail sized chip by the bottom strap button. These are great basses, and up for a cheap price as I need to sell it asap ! Collection only from Benfleet, Essex. I will deliver it free if your local, for a small fee if your within say 50 miles? or if you want to meet halfway somewhere then I can do that as well. Any questions feel free to ask ! Thanks for looking. Pics wont upload, you can see them here: https://skydrive.liv...AI2s7KXI-RS403M
7. Priced dropped, would rather take a sensible offer on here than lose another bass to Ebay !
8. TIme to move on my Ibanez ATK405, been sat in its case for too long! Had this one for a couple of years, its been used but its still in great condition, the finish is really solid with only a few marks, mainly on the back, although no cracks or chips in the finish. This is the earlier model with the neck pickup as well as the triple coil bridge pickup (5-way switch rather than the newer 3-way), in my opinion far better than the newer ATK basses. Loads of info can be found online about these so I won't list all the details, although I'm happy to answer any questions . Only thing I will say is that the truss rod cover is missing, I'm pretty sure I've got it somewhere just yet to find it! It could also do with some new strings ! Hard case included in the sale, its does the job although the mould is starting to come unstuck! I would rather have this collection only (from Benfleet, Essex), and am more than happy to deliver it if your local, or meet halfway. I'm in Canterbury every other weekend so may be able to deliver if your out that way. If it doesn't sell after a week or so I'll get a price for postage and update this. As for trades, I'll consider anything (particually something yamaha ) ! I will upload some more photos tomorrow when I can take some in the daylight, as the trans blue finish doesn't show up too well in these photos. 9. This band is all originals, the venue was a kind of poncy London bar/resturant type, should have seen it coming really. The sound was shocking as well. Does anyone else think that playing in London is a complete waste of time (unless its a decent support slot)? For original bands that is. I love playing live even if its to nobody but the attitudes from most promoters/venues are soul destroying.
10. It wasn't a paid gig so thats not an issue. What was annoying was the fact that 'the manager upstairs' thought it was too heavy, he/she could have had the decency to talk to us about it, rather than have the soundman put the music back on after our 3rd song, which I wouldn't class as heavy anyway!
11. Dispite being booked as a Rock band, we were cut off after 3 songs at our last gig for being too 'heavy'. The band on before us also had their set cut short, despite being well described in the venues gig listing. Surely its down to the venue and promoter to check out the bands their booking? Anyone else had this and how did you react?
