1.
6x10 = 6*π*(25.4cm[sup]2[/sup]) = 12161cm[sup]2 [/sup]area 4x12 = 4*π*(30.48cm[sup]2[/sup]) = 11675cm[sup]2[/sup] area therefore mathematically.... keep them both?
Are those calculations taking in the excursion?
2.
Put them both up for sale, and see which one sells first
That's an interesting notion, fate will get a free hand. Thank you.
3.
They will weigh around the same I imagine.. All I know is the nv412 is awesome! Love mine
Don't try an NV410 or you'll be in the same boat as me!
4. Tempted, but I need to thin my cab collection down.
5. Thought of that but they're about the same.
6. I know you guys are going to say it's down to personal taste, it's what works best for the band and the type of music I play (Classic Rock) but I'm after a different angle because I only want to keep one, and trying to choose one is blowing my mind, they both sound great but with subtle differences, so musically they both nail it. What can you come up with?
7. An all original L1000 from 1984. She plays very well with a good neck, virtually no fret wear and minimal body marks. It has to score 9/10 for its age. Anyone that's played one of these vintage beasts from the Leo era will know they slay any other passive bass for power and versatility. Controls: volume, two tone cuts and a three way toggle switch giving you humbucker in series, rear coil and rear coil with bass boost, or OMG mode as it's also called. Comes with vintage G&L hard case. 8. I have quite a few vintage G&L's and know full well how good that first generation SB2 you have sounds. I can't imagine a Precision doing Blues any better than it though? Neck pickup, tone rolled slightly - Boom!
9. Bought a flight case from Richardd. Smooooooooth. Top Bloke.
10. Purchased (prised begrudgingly) a Berg NV610 from Darren. Good transaction and good comms. Have complete confidence when dealing with Darren.
11. [sup]Purchased a Berg NV412 from Pablo, very smooth transaction. However there was an problem with the cab that Pablo was unaware of, he stepped straight up to the plate and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.[/sup] [sup]Have no hesitation in trusting Pablo.[/sup]
12. Just spotted a MB LMiii for £447 free delivery under V.I.P. log in. Nuts.
13. Crazy, why don't they make it clearer.
14. Just wondering if anyone else has come across this? I use an SVT 4 Pro with bigger cabs for my bigger gigs and a Streamliner 900 for smaller venues. Anyway I've decided to get an SVT 7 Pro (now they're more reliable) to replace the Streamliner to get a more similar sound throughout my gigs, nothing wrong with the Streamliner, in fact I love it, but anyway I notice the 7 Pro's £660 just about every where, I have an account with Gear4music so I plump for them, I find it in their listing at £660 and pull the trigger, I go to settle up and the price is £514 inc postage. I discover that they've made me a VIP member after only two previous purchases but don't actually tell me I've been given a big discount. What's strange also is when searching the site when logged in most of the items have a VIP logo next to them but the price is no different than if I wasn't logged in, you have to check the prices both logged in and out to see if there is a discount, but anyway I bagged a bargain. What's also good about Gear4music is they offer free delivery and free pick up after seven days if you change your mind, if you wait a fortnight to make up your mind then you pay the return. Great free home trial.
15. You should never search for a cab with a specific driver size in mind, just worry about weather the cab sounds good to you or not.
16. See if you can tempt your Guitarist buddies with this awesome piece of kit. Excellent condition comes with foot switch and Roqsolid cover. The same amp is for sale at the moment in the UK at Sound Unlimited for £2899, so a massive bargain is up for grabs. Any Questions - 07971 444404 http://www.soundunli...CFQcewwodhjIAxw
17. Awesome cab in great condition. Trades considered.

Gone

Is this the L2000E (active)
19. You would if you required the volume, moving the full eq spectrum as one is no different to adjusting volume.
20. It's a common misconception that SVT 3 Pro's are under powered, the're not! the problem is the added graphic, there's additional headroom built in so you can switch it in so a boost is available, to use it like a conventional amp and get full power, switch in the graphic, move all the sliders fully up and eq as normal with the rotary controls.
