    Morning you lovely people. I need a bit of help if possible please. Just acquired a *FANTASTIC* sounding Markbass 1x15 Jeff Berlin combo from StudioGC on here. I've paired it with a 1x12 extension to get 500w @ 4ohms. I have an epiphone Thunderbird string as a pseudo 5 string with Rotosound dropzone strings tuned C G C F. I'm having issues with the cabs when playing anything lower than D on the top string. They sound muddy and like they're struggling. Other than that they are clear as a bell and the sound is awesome. Anyone have any advice on what to do? Was thinking of making the 2nd cab a 2x10 will that help? The idea of the setup is to be portable, I have a 4x10 cab but it's not practical. I want something I can carry in one hand like the MB combo. My pedals are just Tuner, Spectracomp and Sansamp Any advice or help gratefully accepted Thanks guys Terry

    Morning. I'm selling my amp cos I don't need it and it's taking up room in my dining room! I don't want to sell but I'm not currently in a band so it has to go. It's in excellent condition, a few nicks to the tolex from gigs but it works 100% perfect. Includes footswitch. The cover is tatty and torn but does cover most of the amp and all of the front part. Performance wise, it's easy to find the spec on Google. It's 300w @ 4ohms or 450w @ 2 ohms with an extension cabinet (4ohms) The thing weighs a ton so collection only unless you want to arrange a weightlifter/postman to come pick it up Thanks for reading, send me a message if you have any questions or want more pics.     Morning guys. I'm not in a band at the moment so I've come to the conclusion that I definitely don't need 2 basses! I can't sell my wedding present(!) so unfortunately the Gretsch has to go It's in 99% condition, 1 tiny nick on the body and it's still under PMT warranty until March 2017. This is a beautiful bass, I love it but my other bass is a Fender Aerodyne. There is a hard case (epiphone branded) which cost me £95 but I'll chuck it in. More pics available, message me.     hi guys. sliiiiightly off topic. i have an aerodyne jazz, wedding present from the lovely wife just wondered if there was anyone in my neck of the woods (essex) who can give her the same attention as Andy in this thread? (the bass i mean, not the wife!)
