    If I have this right, Parcelforce will only insure up to £150, but Standard parcels will insure up to £500 but is not next day, and Next day special delivery won't take a bass or guitar 'cos of the size ? Wah........

    I'm now considering PX, trades, etc BUT (and I realise this being a bass forum, there's less chance of finding what I want) I'm looking for possibly Roland ready strats, Godin multiacs, Brian Moore i, etc as I fancy a VG99 and a cheaper acoustic.     I've had both and have found them both fine Mind you, I've also had a "Screw Thru" . This was an old pointy headstocked Washburn which a so called "repairman" (I use the term loosely) managed to bu**er up the neckplate, used screws that were too long that came up through the fingerboard It brought a whole new meaning to the word "Countersunk"

Lowden F25C 2003 cutaway acoustic with cedar top, rosewood back and sides, 5 piece laminated neck, original Lowden branded Hiscox case £1200 ono [url="http://s177.photobucket.com/albums/w235/2pods/gear/lowden/"]Here[/url] It's in excellent condition with a cedar top, Indian rosewood back and sides, 5 piece neck, ebony fingerboard. Handmade in the Newtonards Lowden Guitar factory, I bought it new from the Acoustic Centre a few years ago. It has never been played outside the house, and there are no plectrum, fingerpick, or (God forbid) belt marks. Pics can be seen [url="http://s177.photobucket.com/albums/w235/2pods/sale/"]Here[/url]. It comes with the original paperwork from Lowden, reciept from the Acoustic Centre, a special Del Langjens tool for for the truss rod. A brand new spare set of shims and saddles from Lowden (I bought them in case I wanted to back to 12's, D' Addario phosor bronze 11's being on the guitar at the moment) A new one of these will set the buyer back well over £2k, so I'm selling this for £1200 ONO collection preferred. Tokai Goldstar Strat vintage white, rosewood fingerboard, figured maple neck, U marked pickups, Hiscox case £450 ono Plays lovely, some dings with added mojo.
