  1. I own the LM250 blackline and its a champ! Use it with a TC Electronic BC212 cab and it works like a dream, would 100% recommend this amp (or cab for that matter) to anyone. Also you can make yourself a carry case for £15 (pm for details)
  2. Pm'd [attachment=139261:IMAG0214.jpg] [attachment=139262:IMAG0215.jpg] [attachment=139264:IMAG0217.jpg] only damage i could find on the whole bass, and its very minor [attachment=139265:IMAG0227.jpg]
  3. Aww man one of my dream basses. Bump!
  4. Ah ok sorry man, was looking for a 5 cm nut width with a 16mm string spacing for my second six. Lovely bass though and defiantly deserves a BUMP!
  5. Hey man, could be interested. What is the nut width and the string spacing at the bridge. cheers
  6. yeah they are awesome, for got to add, did some soldering to convert the system to 18V, might have been able to see from the pictures.
  7. Man that kidney will bring £15k - £20k on the black market. what an offer!!!
  8. Ah very nice, i have to say these pickups make a world of difference. The tone and clarity they offer is astonishing.
  9. Cheers, I am running an independent volume and tone control for each pickup to give myself the broadest range.
  10. So I recently did some work on my original Peavey Grind 6, which involved the fitting of some EMG pickups. The problem with this was that, due to the instruments age it had the older standard for 6 string pickup mounting. So in turn required some dremmeling... so here are some of my photos that I took though out the build, feel free to comment on my work. (also forgot to add that I copper shielded the cavity prior to the work starting, but forgot to take pictures, sorry) Pre-Build [attachment=137906:10.jpg] [attachment=137907:11.jpg] [attachment=137908:12.jpg] [attachment=137909:13.jpg] [attachment=137910:14.jpg] The work begins [attachment=137911:15.jpg] [attachment=137912:16.jpg] [attachment=137913:17.jpg] [attachment=137914:18.jpg] [attachment=137915:19.jpg] [attachment=137916:20.jpg] [attachment=137923:27.jpg] Post work glamour shots [attachment=137917:21.jpg] [attachment=137918:22.jpg] [attachment=137919:23.jpg] [attachment=137920:24.jpg] [attachment=137921:25.jpg] [attachment=137922:26.jpg]
  11. I own one of the first run of Peavey Grind 6's and would never even think of selling it. After a much needed upgrade to some EMG pickups this is truly a beast!
  12. Recently picked up a little mark 250 blackline. Wonderful little amp, have it paired with a TC BC212 and it sounds amazing. Also solves two of the main issues with mark bass heads... price and look. The blackline is a much sleeker colour scheme being primarily black with the three "mark bass orange" knobs and writing. Also as it is built in Indonesia rather than Italy it makes the amps substantial more affordable, without compromising on anything, and in some cases at the moment these amps are better than there Italian counterparts as the factory is trying to prove itself.
  13. I currently own a TC 212 and I love the beast, sounds incredible and moves a LOT of air. Should provide you with great bottom end with your rick as I use mine with a 6 string and it handles the low b like a champ.
