Defo the music the more I think about it

Hiya Steve , I like playing bass but the stuff I'm playing is the problem im off to play some jazz me thinks ,the trio I'm with play mostly rock with a bit 50s and 60s thrown I love the 50s and 60s but a lot the other stuff we play not so much

I think a lot of the music I'm playing with my current band is boring me,but I dont get much of a say really,perhaps I'll go off and do something by myself , my artistic creativity is being held back ,maybe a Fretless and eub, 5 string even 6 stringer,I'd love to read music too but I have concerntration of a gnat ,bass teacher none I know of around here plenty of guitar teachers !!!!

I really don't know number6 maybe 5 stringer and nice combo perhaps I don't enjoy it anymore

I'm gonna flog the lot, should get at least 20 quid for the lot?

Hiya people ,as the above suggests I'm bored of my basses all of them sorry no high end models here they are harley benton j bass vintage series , lindo bass, Columbus ,ephiphone eb3, only one I like is my squire p bass fitted with flats , eden combo 180,eden American made cab 300 watt ,tc electronics 250 tone print head ,mb blackline 250 head .is it time I flogged the lot just a thought?

My fender rumble 100 watt combo new series ,a very loud 100 watts mega light ,mega punchy,vintage tone button contour ,bright ,drive and it gets dirty,only selling as I have a eden combo on its way so my fender got to go ,oh yeah it's only 7 months old and in mint condition ,£140 is delivered or 130 for collection or meet within reason,cheers me dears

I played in front of a guy the other night who was a ex pro bass player,I am very self critical of myself with everything I do always have been . He liked our sound as a band so we can't be all bad ,so I'm sure your not as bad as you make out .just play what you feel is right then the rest will fall into place

Elbow, pure genius and lovely blokes, delamere forrest 2008 brill Richard harwley came on with them to play the fix echo arena also awsome long may they reign ,as for Coldplay bob Martin oh no that's for dogs ,boring tedious ,errr sh*te that the word ,my mate got dragged along too see them dullplay that is said they all got some kind of led flashing bracelet thingy it was probley a electric charge to keep the audience awake ,why bob pranced around stage trying too keep himself awake also,just a thought ,I would also like to apologise to any dullplay fans on here sorry fan ,I hate the f*****g dribble they put out .i feel better for that ,thanks for asking

I am thinking of replacing my wilkinson pups in my harley benton vintage series, love the bass but not the lame pups,I would like a sound like my fender, oh their both passive models, don't fancy spending a fortune as this is mainly a back up bass for the fender at the mo,any suggestions, cheers
