… so I’m going to consolidate my many boards into a ‘Home only’ board for looping stuff etc and a ‘live board’ each for church and then Funk/Motown stuff. Just picked up a used Pedaltrain JR Max for a great price also 👍🏼.
My current crop:
… the new board:
… and what it’ll hopefully look like with one more pedal purchase (Fredric Effects BugCrusher at some point):
Very cool stuff
Out of interest what kind of effects would you use for church? I really have no idea about church music at all

I'd imagine it's sold the seller hasn't been on since last August

Keir bought my tuner pedal and it was a nice stress free deal with good communication fast payment and friendly PMs deal in confidence all

I used to love a game of darts when pubs used to be proper pubs instead of depressing weatherspoon sh&tholes

Don't let the brand Donner put you off these are sturdy boards and good value

I don't use pedals that run on say 15v 18v 24v or whatever they may be as if I have to use another wall wart to power it then it's a deal breaker for me I just want to plug into my power brick and go
-
I see there's an fx loop on the pedal what is that for exactly (sorry for a silly question) but I just though you would chain the pedal as normal

Lucky to have stumbled upon the TC Electronic Mojomojo overdrive pedal. A guitar pedal, it was suggested in a few places that it played well with basses. I decided that assertion sounded so preposterous that it might just work.
It did and it still does. My approach was not logical, I took a punt and it worked out.
I never got on with the mojomojo but I agree guitar pedals are worth a punt I rather like the bad monkey on bass

Mine's on order now. Maybe I'll see it next week. Boss pedals on the loop at the moment; overdrive (odb3), octaver (oc3), and limiter (lmb3). The Digbeth pedals look great but can't justify what I'm guessing is around ~£360 at the moment!
150ish if you shop around

I like boss pedals the only one I use now is the lmb-3 as an always on pedal
I had the boss bass chorus pedal for a while but it didn't really work for me had the obd3 also and enjoyed that pedal

Always thought you were a P bass man through and through Karl
