4. Just bought a Wizard Thumper from Jerry. Paid for one day, arrived the next. Couldn't ask for more!
5. Just sold a Badass II to Rich, great transaction with quick payment! COuldn't ask for more.
6. I seem to remember some people saying to relocate the strap button to where one of the neck screws is? Sure someone else will correct me if I'm wrong.
7. Here's my new rig, Ampeg SVT 5 Pro and EBS Proline 410 pictured with my Peavey US Millenium Plus (don't seem to see many of these but they are great). Have yet to use it anger as I'm waiting for a band audition in the next couple of weeks but sounds great at home practice levels so I can only assume it will be better when cranked! Probably weighs as much as me but I think it's worth it and it looks great.

10. Up for sale here are a few parts I've had lying around for a while and could do with getting rid of. Westfield P Bass Pickup, with screws but they are a bit rusty. £5 posted Fender style bridge from the same Westfield P, no screws as 3 snapped off in the body due to rust! £5 posted
11. That Jazz was mine before Rasta and it was a lovely player and looked gorgeous but I just don't like the sound of Jazz's despite several attempts now!

13.
I'm after a 5 string bass, that would be suited for someone with small hands, So far i've owned/tried a Yam TRB and a Stringray 5 and found both of the neck just slighty too big! What about a jazz style bass? I've heard jazz necks are pretty small? Can anyone recommend any basses?
I've just sold one but Ibanez SR505's have great thin necks and has been the most comfortable five I've tried. The drawback to having a thinner neck though was a tightening of the string spacing which some may find hard to adapt to.
14. Up for sale is this No-name Precision Bass in Sunburst with a Maple Neck. Don't know alot about it other than its solid wood is unbranded apart from a sticker on the rear of the headstock saying "Made in GDR" which I assume is German Democratic Republic. Despite its cheapness its actually very playable after I shimmed the neck and added a Gotoh 201 bridge. I'm only selling as I have too many basses still! The bass does have a few dings but nothing too serious which is reflected in the price. I'm looking for £75 and would prefer collection, however postage can be arranged.
15. Hello from yet another forum member in Lincoln! I'd be well up for a Lincoln Bash too.
16.
You're trying to tempt me aren't you! Wood or ABS case?
Ha just need a sale! Oh and its a Stagg ABS case, couple of logos on it but they can easily be sprayed over.
17. Back to the top to say that I will now post in a Stagg ABS hard case for £230 if that will secure a deal.
18.
I was looking for one of these, but you're a bit far away!
Have PM'd you
19. Another bass going from my collection as its not getting used is this Ibanez SR505. I have tried to get into 5 strings but have failed at several attempts now as I really don't have the use for the 5th string. That being said this is an excellent bass, especially for the money, and is a particularly good one to get into 5's due to the narrow string spacing and thin neck. Condition wise, this came to me with the damage shown in the pictures. I believe a previous owner was a particularly aggressice pick player! The neck also feels a bit rough in places but is not uncomfortable. Tonally this bass is incredibly growly, I guess as a result of the woods (mahogany body and bubinga/wenge neck), but is also very versatile with Bartolini Mk1 pickups and 3 band preamp. As a reflection on the condition of the bass I'm asking for £200 and would rather a collection/meet from Lincoln but if postage will secure a deal I'm willing to do it for £230 posted in a Stagg ABS hard case.
20. Just traded my P with his KSD and was a top guy to deal with. Bass arrived quickly and in great condition.
