1. I like the thought of owning something like this. It would be like going to the Colloseum. When I walked to.it, it was just a building
When i found out some of the path was original , I liked the fact that I was making the same journey , walking on the same stone as the romans were thousands of years ago.

2. Hopefully you can prove they are yours other than just by an unusual roqsolid cover. My stepson had a load of fishing gear nicked. He found some in CC. The police found out who sold it fton CCTV. They were familiar with him. My stepson was asked if he could prove they were his. He said he could get the shop to vouch for the stuff he bought from him. That wasn't enough. The shop kept the gear and the thief got away with it. They are legalised fences

3. I guess that is the problem with humour. There is always someone going to be offended at a joke. Whick jokes are you laughing at which others find offensive.
I am reminded of the women who took her disabled son to watch Frankie Boyle. He obviously ripped into her son, and quite rightly, she was offended. We all know Boyle is near the knuckle, so what made her go, and what jokes was she laughing at that was bound to be offensive to others?

Sorry about the late reply, been away for a few days.
This is really helpful! I think it is quite clear what happened to mine after seeing those photos.

Is there any chance you can email me these photos, please?

Update:

- Courier company is ignoring many of my emails and fail to provide advice or clear instructions on what to do next to dispute the claim resolution.
- UPS won't deal with me directly as the shipper is ParcelHero but they were quick to contact me when I posted on their Facebook page. On the other hand ParcelHero accept no visitors posts on their Facebook but I did post a comment on one of their posts and they haven even bother deleting it or acknowledging.
- The cab maker has not replied to my email with advice on force needed or a few other questions.
- Visit to Citizens Advice Bureau was useless as I got seen by an old lady that did not have much idea and failed to give any advice, other that ask me to look at their website. I'm going back tomorrow, to a different town, with the hope to find someone a bit more helpful.

This is it for now....Thanks everyone for your help!
Sorry Paulbass, I haven`t got the photos anymore. Can you just copy the photos from the thread? I may still be able to get more photos as I am at work tonight , and that box hasn`t moved since I took the photo

What was the reason for us not mentioning this master craftsman?

One day, we were ticking along nicely, reviewing his 'elegant work', then suddenly he was off limits
It went way over the top. I like a good laugh, but when someone said he looked like a Paedophile, it went, way past a joke

I found a box to put the fork into. Obviously I can`t recreate it properly, as the box is just rolls of shrinkwrap with nothing in the corner. It wasn`t heavy either, so not lot of resistance that the speaker would have had. I think the damage looks similar

7. In my experience of forklift driving, and showing the photo to work mates, we are 100% convinced it has been caught by a fork on the forklift. It is the type of damage we see. A fork doesnT always go through packaging if there is resistence inside. The tips of the forks are slightly narrower at the tip, and looks exactly tje right size.

8. Whenever I get some money saved, something happens. Last month hI had a decent wad saved. I changed energy suppliers, then I found out I was £320 in arrears. Then the car need £300 spent on it, then remembered the water rates were due. Something always seems to happen when I have a bit of cash saved. I really want a D`Angelico EX bass, but it is always out of reach

9. My neighbour tried to learn the guitar a few years ago. I assume he was learning as he was awful. He used to open his window at while he played. We used to laugh and say Bert Weedon is a it again.I always try to keep as I don`t want anyone to hear while I am learning something

10. My neighbour would often ask if I knew anything other than duh duh duh duh duh duh duh duh. All I knew were scales at the time, and they obviously counted the duhs. I wouldn`t apologise to them as they often have noisy parties

Yes.

Unfortunately it now appears that 'Bullying' someone is now seen as a sustained activity done to someone until they are psychologically disturbed for life.

Although this is the internet, so I suspect people like to feel all pompus and believe that's what I meant by it.
No It I obviously knew you didn`t mean sustained, but after seeing a TV programme about a women who was going to kill her neighbour because her daughter got into the cheerleaders team, and her daughter didn`t. The one who got in enjoyed it, but the other one hated it, so to force someone to learn is always problematric

No not really. The term bullying is overused in that respect.
Is there another meaning to bullying that I am unaware of?
If someone says they are bullied into doing something , it usually means they are forced in to it. as far as I am aware .. It is true that it rarely works, as the person usually resents doing it
