Hi all
we are playing the Soul Train event at Tunbridge Wells Pantiles on saturday 23rd and guitarist has dropped out!
if you know anybody Kent -Sussex- Surrey based who can rattle out all the normal disco songs please say!
We are only playing an hours set which I send across, and its not a super earner. Otherwise we have our bigger line up as its a good fun gig, with brass section and BVs etc…..
help appreciated!

Hi, is this still around? Can you tell me the weight please?
thanks

What weight are the cabs please?
-
Great. Maybe use my PJB D400 with this……
can i come over and take a look please?

Hi there, really interested in this. Live quite local to you so also handy!
6 ohms seems an odd number, just checking it isnt 8ohms?
just wondered how it would run with an 800w Mark bass amp?
i was thinking of this as a single cab solution for some gigs. I currently have 2x CAB47’s which are great, but these NEO cabs are quite a bit lighter….
Thanks, Mike

Most noisy fans can be replaced with quiet ones too, which is exactly what I've done with my Orange Terror Bass.
Hi! Can you give me the low down on howto do this please? Cheers

Well, I do have too many effects and not enough gigs, so really I ought to sell some.
But no! Hands off! I still love my Plethora.
Tell you what…. Iwill just ‘borrow’ it for a few gigs -

Gigged with it in memory mode on Saturday.
I was bedeviled by the same problem I have whenever I use preprogrammed effects patches.
No matter how assiduously I set them up at home, get on stage and there are glaring differences in volume between the patches, and what sounds amazing at home seldom sounds great live.
Nothing wrong with the unit just my cack handed inability to program stuff properly.
So Stu, does this mean you will finally flog your Plethora to me? 🤣

Yes please, you have PM

No love for the Elite?

Hi all
here is my USA Fender Jazz Elite, recently bought from Bass Direct
its new, really, not a mark on it and hardly been played.
bought it to have a Jazz in the line up but its not for me tbh.
tried to price fairly, and delivery would add some money. I will charge you what i get charged or deliver it a reasonable distance myself.
no trades thanks, unless you have a Dingwall Combustion 4/2 you want to swap.
Cheers, Mike

Hi all,
i bought this recently from Bass Direct, and have decided to reduce my basses. This is a 2018 bass but it was bought as ‘new, old stock, so had never been used.
It is in perfect, as new condition and now has new Hybrid Slinky strings and a proper set up.
its the 4 string, an active bass with Fenders latest noiseless Jazz pickups.has a lovely smooth, satin neck which is very fast, and no fretbuzz anywhere.
the hard case was damaged, so it will come with a basic gig bag only.
I was hoping to get it collected from either Teddington or Tunbridge Wells. But lets see what interest there is.

Last chance before going on ebay……offers accepted
Precision ‘bitsa’ 4 string bass - *WITHDRAWN*
in Basses For Sale
Posted · Edited by Harlequin74
Precision 4 string Bass Guitar.
For sale is my ‘Bitsa’ Precision bass.
It features Fender on the headstock and neck plate, and although it has Fender components it is NOT a Fender, and is not being sold as one.
Its plays beautifully, with a fantastic neck. It has upgraded components incl Kent Armstrong pick up, heavier bridge and good tuners, new steel control knobs and electrics.
It has been repainted and has a satin gloss finish, with some ‘orange peel’ evident on the paintwork but nothing much.
Weight is around 9lbs
It has new roundwound strings and has just had a pro set up so its super playable
Only selling as i am reducing my basses!
It will be supplied in a basic Tiger gig bag.
I prefer collection, but if i send it it will be wrapped in bubblewrap at buyers risk.
Thanks for looking
