First up, my 2009 Roadworn Jazz bass in Fiesta red nitrocellulose finish. Absolutely superb instruments, my favourite of the CBS Fenders. They just have that feel of a pre CBS jazz and the tone is quite sublime. Very lightweight and extremely comfy to play. These are currently retailing at around the £1000 mark I believe so a good 25% discount is on offer here. I currently own 2 of these basses..thats how good they are!!! Roadworn 60s Jazz Bass A veritable racecar of a bass, the Jazz Bass was born in 1960s and became the favorite of players who put as many miles on the instrument as they did on their tour buses. The more it was used (and abused), the more it growled back and became even more comfortable. Fender's new Road Worn '60s Jazz Bass guitar delivers that aged look and feel-designed with 1960s specs, including a nitrocellulose-lacquer finish, and built to look, sound and feel like it's got more than just a few miles on it. Please note that each guitars 'Road Wear' varies slightly, the wear on the guitar you get may differ to the picture below. 13. Recently purchased and functioning as it should but unfortunately it's just not getting used. In fact it's not left the house. I considered keeping it as it's sure to be a future classic in 25 years but it just seems wrong having basses hanging around when they should be being enjoyed. I noticed today there is a slight imperfection as shown in the photo, a small yellow patch just where the arm rests- didn't notice it when I brought it!! Arrrggghhh. I took the thumb rest off as I'm not a fan but will put it back on to restore it to original condition Classic looks, styled on a 60's jazz bass and excellent value for money. There's loads of reviews on this site by respected players who confirm just how good this is, don't be put off by brand snobbery! Looking for £215which is a huge saving on a new one. Sorry but no trades thank you Collection from Birmingham preferred but will post, no case with this unfortunately but I will make sure the bass is packaged appropriately. Shipping should be £25 however I will refund the difference if it's cheaper
14. For sale, Used but not abused and in good nick, full working order, 400watt 8ohm cab very very lightweight and portable at just 15kg so effectively you can carry this in just one hand and....... The best bit, it's awesomely powerful, on one occasion this has held its own against a rock band with 2 guitarists and a loud drummer. Collection from Birmingham please No trades thanks
