    Bought blind which is a bad habit of mine but fell for the looks and premier guitar review was a help..it does have a huge tonal range ..looks a little different perfect set up for my style top quality finish

    So the road worn version of this is the best part of £1300.00...and no ones snapped this bargain up...personally think these are the best sounding precisions out there...had a sunburst version great bass...

    Hi Graham... Thanks for advice..though I'd already ordered a esp thinline tl-5sm ..which does have a fishman Sonicore pickup & tl -3 pre amp..hopefully a good choice. .

    Coming up to my 1 year anniversary with my sandberg now mate..think its a record for me ?..seems to be my go to bass ..the schecter p gets its outing every so often ..would definitely recommend them ...though prices are going through the roof....

    Unless there's other options...i only play precision style bass's now ...ive got a sandberg and a schecter both have the p style front with a humbucker style on the bridge but i have a hankering for the j style at the bridge pup..seems the only bass in that price bracket as sandbergs and schecters have gone through the roof ...though id love a usa fender deluxe in a 5 but there like hens teeth ..

    I managed to track down a 5 string version with a mirror pic guard..really value for money ..though the new models seem to have gone through the roof Price wise.
