There's a new Alpha Male Tea Party EP about to drop so keep your eyes peeled and your ears... something else that rhymes with peeled. Sadly the EP is my last effort with AMTP. I've had to bow out after three years of travelling between London and Liverpool as it's becoming a bit too much to keep up. I still love the band and wish I could carry on but the commitment to it meant I was missing out on too much other stuff. If I was in the same city I'd still be doing it. They have found a replacement super quick though and will be smashing on so all is not lost.

    As the title says. Floyd Rose trem, nice action, loads of pick up options. Has some chips in the finish on the back edges and misiing the rear trem cover, as shown in the pictures.     Some details on your gear and set up might help, maybe even a sound bite? Have you got old lifeless strings? Maybe your tone isn't working with his? Remember, your best tone in a band situation is rarely the same as what sounds good when you're playing on your own. Playing towards the bridge will get you a 'tighter' sound but it may not be the kind of thump or attack you need. I play mainly with fingers and mostly up towards the neck. I smash the hell out of the strings (and my fingers) and get a mega fat, quasi-slap sound. You could just tell your guitarist to shut the hell up, though...

    I recently swapped my Pitch black for a PT Nano. The TC tracks much quicker and is way neater in that tiny box. The Korg display is a little bolder but it's a bit frustrating sometimes with bass.
